Small Recap (Should I keep doing this or not?)
2 Days later
In these past 2 days, I had learned some things. The first was that there was a farmer that would come every day to check up on the cows. I decided to not follow him for now, scared he would kill me.
The second is that I could draw blood 4 to 5 times a day. Which had raised my Stats and EE like this.
Stats: STR: 0,022 => STR: 0,029 AGL: 0,055 => AGL: 0,063 DEX: 0,079 => DEX: 0,089 STA: 0,049 => STA: 0,055 END: 0,018 => END: 0,023 MAN: (Unawakened)
EE: 0,29/100 => 3,11/100
This was the result of drawing blood 10 times. A total of 4 on the first day, 5 on the second, and then today 1 and still counting.
I also found out that north of here was a road that the farmer had taken.
Recap End
Now that my stats had exponentially increased. I had given myself a new goal. Kill another Mosquitoe.
But Danm, they were slippery bastards. I had already tried to kill 2 mosquitoes, but just before my proboscis could pierce them, they dodged and flew away.
But now for my third attempt, I would try to kill one that was busy with drinking blood. Being a mosquito myself, I knew that sucking blood took concentration and that it wasn't super easy to immediately pull out the proboscis.
So I went to my favorite vow, the biggest and baddest of the herd.
There I searched for a mosquito that seemed like an easy kill and walked towards his back so as to not alert him.
I gathered all my strength and pierced my proboscis deep inside their abdomen, going totally through it and sticking my proboscis in the cow. I had already pierced their abdomen when they tried to fly away. Which unfortunately failed for him.
Using my proboscis, I did my best to hold them down so they would die from blood loss without escaping. While it wouldn't be the worst if they did escape, I wanted to confirm something.
And after a few seconds of blood going out of their body, their strength had fully left their body and their corpse lay on the cow's skin.
I then immediately looked at my EE, which looked like this.
EE: 3,11/100 => 3,17/100
While the normal dumb brain might not be able to find anything special from this information, I did.
Since the body of the mosquito didn't disappear but I did gain EE. The same should apply to drinking blood. And if receiving EE from blood drinking didn't affect the quantity of blood. Then it also didn't affect the amount of stats I would receive from my skill, Blood Intake whose proficiency had increased to [18,79%].
And since I was already on the cow's body, I decided to drink more blood. I needed to raise my stats and evolve as fast as possible. The life of a mosquito isn't very long after all.
5 days later (day 8 in the morning)
The sun was slowly revealing itself and life was awakening on this part of the world.
A small mosquito was flying at an incredible speed at the side of a dirt road. That mosquito is me and I decided to leave the field filled with cows.
While it was definitely a good and safe place to slowly develop. The short lifespan of a mosquito wouldn't allow that and needed me to go to a higher-level hunting ground.
So after a few more days of becoming stronger, probably the strongest mosquito alive, I decided to search for the road the farmer comes from and follow it till I found a town.
And after flying for about 20 minutes, not seeing any life. I finally found a small town. And to my surprise, it looked just as technologically advanced as a town in my previous world.
I started flying higher in the sky to get a better evaluation of the town. And once up, I could already get more information.
The town itself wasn't very big, having about 500 houses. And the architecture was something one would see in the north of Europe. In countries like Finland, Sweden, Germany, and more.
Since it was currently early in the morning, I could only see a few people, who had Western features.
I decided to not waste any time and search for a house with an open window and a sleeping owner. And soon, I found one.
It was a middle-aged woman who was sleeping alone on a large bed. I went to her leg and immediately started sucking blood with hope.
After sucking the blood, which was tastier than a cow's (don't judge), I opened my status and focused on my stats and EE.
[Name: Sima Young
Specie: Culex Pipiens Mosquitoe
Rarity: Common
Age: 7 days, 21 hours, 32 minutes, 22 seconds
Stats: STR: 0,045 => STR: 0,049 AGL: 0,087 => AGL: 0,090 DEX: 0,139 => DEX: 0,144 STA: 0,068 => STA: 0,071 END: 0,038 => END: 0,040 MAN: (Unawakened)
Skills:
Reaction Time: Level 1: [9,34%]

Special Skills:
See I shall
EE: 9,82/100 => 10,74/100
EE Collection Ability:
Killing: [Stable]
Blood Sucking: [Unstable]]
Seeing this, an ugly smile formed on my mosquito face. Not only did the EE get raised with about 0,9. My stats were also raised with more than I got from cows. Which was very nice because the amount of stats I got from cows was slowly decreasing.
I then used my skill 'See I shall' and started comparing her status with the one of a cow I remembered.
[Name: Input
Specie: Ayrshire
Rarity: Common
Age: 8 years, 7 months, 22 days
Stats: STR: 3,625 AGL: 1,928 DEX: 0,281 STA: 4,692 END: 4,232 MAN: (Unawakened)]
[Name: Aino Niemi
Specie: Homo Sapiens
Rarity: Rare
Age: 35 years, 3 months, 2 days
Stats: STR: 1,129 AGL: 0,662 DEX: 1,523 STA: 0,745 END:0,479 MAN: (Unawakened)]
I wasn't very surprised by her status. Her stats seemed to make sense when looking at those from a cow and the only thing that surprised me was that the Rarity from the Homo Sapiens was Rara.
After doing everything I needed to do here, I immediately flew away. I didn't like to be so close to a human. Unlike cows, who generally didn't do anything to mosquitoes, much less kill them. Most humans would kill them the moment they saw them. I had experience in this after all.
And since I had decided to stay here, in this town, I needed some sort of base. A place not too cold, but also hidden from humans.
I flew around the town for a while, finding suitable places, but hoping for better ones.
While I did see some humans on the way, I never got close to them. But suddenly I felt that my skill Reaction Time had activated.
This was one of the reasons why I loved this skill so much. Because even when I didn't know I was in danger, the skill could still activate and in that way warn me.
But of course, the skill did have one major flaw. While I received the feeling that time slowed down. The skill only affected my mind, not my body which meant that if I was in a situation I couldn't escape. The skill would do nothing.
So without exactly knowing from where the danger came. I started flying forward and slightly up. I flew as hard as I could, not looking behind.
And suddenly, I felt a strong wind on my back. But while the wind was strong, it wasn't enough to make me lose my balance.
I flew for a bit more and realized that the danger was a cat that tried to kill me with its paws.
I immediately flew up as high as I could making sure the cat couldn't reach me anymore.
And it seemed the cat became bored and went away. Making me sigh in relief. It seemed that humans weren't the only dangerous monster in this hunting ground.
I decided to go back to a place I had previously found and rest there before it was time for me to drink blood again.
I had decided that this would become my base, for at least till I evolved.
And like this, I spent the next 20 days. Cautious for my life while sucking the blood of innocent humans. And now it was time, time for me to evolve. I had gathered enough EE to evolve. I just needed to irritate one more human.

I forgot to mention this in the previous chapter. But mana Unawakened means that either that person doesn't have mana, or that their mana just isn't awakened. The MC is also aware of this.
