Chapter 23 - Customization 1: What am I?

As Lunaire scrambled to set up the customization panel system, she couldn't help but feel a lingering sense of embarrassment from her earlier stumble. She quickly navigated through the system's interface, trying to focus on the task at hand.

Lillith, on the other hand, couldn't resist a mischievous grin as she continued to tease Lunaire about the unexpected glimpse of her undergarments. "You know, Lunaire, it's a good thing you have a knack for choosing appealing colors. Pink stripes suit you quite well."

Lunaire's face turned a deep shade of red as she realized what Lillith had been talking about and mumbled, "I-I didn't choose them on purpose." Lunaire immediately fixed her skirt.

Lillith chuckled softly, enjoying Lunaire's flustered state. "No need to be so shy about it. It's cute, really. Also now I know why you're a moon goddess."

After a few moments, Lunaire stood up and walked back to where she had originally been sitting. "So is it ready?" Lillith questioned.

"Yes, it's ready. Why would I sit back down if it wasn't?" Lunaire replied with a touch of defensiveness, her cover personality returning momentarily to hide her embarrassment.

Lillith, noticing Lunaire's attempt to divert the conversation, began to smirk. "Ok, so what do I have to do now, Ms. Striped Peach Goddess?"Lunaire blushed a little but couldn't help but chuckle at Lillith's playful teasing. "Ha ha ha, very funny. Say 'system,' then the customization panel will pop up. When you pick a choice, it'll show up on the TV."

Lillith nodded, understanding the instructions. "Got it. So, just to clarify, once I make a selection on the customization panel, it will be displayed on the TV."

Lunaire confirmed with a nod. "Exactly. It's a pretty straightforward process, so you shouldn't have any trouble."

"Ok, System," Lillith said, ready to begin the process of shaping her new life.

As Lillith's words left her lips, a blue, translucent panel appeared in front of her

{customization}

The TV screen showed a genderless mannequin as a reference.

"Hey Lunaire, can you also see the panel?" Lillith inquired, but to her surprise, she didn't receive an immediate response. She glanced around, searching for Lunaire, and couldn't find her anywhere. Just as she was about to give up, she felt something cold touch her neck, causing her to jump in surprise.

"EEP!!" Lillith exclaimed, spinning around to find Lunaire standing behind her, holding two drinks. Lunaire's eyes were locked onto the panel, her expression filled with curiosity. Slightly red from the unexpected scare, Lillith stared at Lunaire and said, "Lunaire? Where'd you go?"

Lunaire finally tore her gaze away from the panel and looked down at the slightly flustered Lillith. "Scoot over so I can help you."Lillith followed Lunaire's request and made some room for her under the kotatsu. Lunaire settled down next to her, and even with the limited space, there was just an inch between them. Lunaire handed Lillith a soda and then focused her attention back on the panel.

Meanwhile, Lunaire's inner thoughts were in a whirlwind. "She's so close! She's pretty and gives off a mature vibe; she's like an older sister! eek! Wait, why is my heart beating so fast? Stop it, heart; she'll notice. She smells nice... Wait, what am I thinking?"

Lunaire tried to distract herself by focusing on the panel, but her mind kept drifting back to Lillith. She couldn't help but notice their legs brushing against each other under the kotatsu, sending a shiver down her spine. Lunaire wondered if Lillith could hear her racing heart or sense the nervous energy emanating from her. She couldn't help but admire how effortlessly beautiful and composed Lillith seemed, which left Lunaire feeling a mixture of excitement and nervousness.

"Maybe I should strike up a conversation," Lunaire thought, attempting to come up with something clever to say. But before she could speak, Lillith broke the silence."So you can see the panel, right?" Lillith asked. Lunaire's thoughts scrambled momentarily, but she quickly replied, "Yes, I can see the panel." Lillith flashed a warm smile. "Ok, so where should I start?" Lunaire glanced at the panel for a moment, then suggested, "[Physical]." Once she chooses the category, the window changes.

{Choose a gender.}

[Male: 0 KP or TP]

[Female: 0 KP or TP]

[None: 0 KP or TP]

[Herminphrodite: 75 KP or TP] [80% DC]

"So which one are you picking?" Lunaire asked only to be responded to with a mischievous giggle, and Lillith clicked [Herminphrodite] and liked KP as the payment method. Lillith had been hoping to have this option due to her tastes in certain media and because she just really didn't like guys; in her opinion, they're too hard and full of themselves, unlike cute, soft girls, and this was the best way to be able to start a family without one. "Oh, Lillith, what's your reason for..."

Lillith immediately responded with a pricing glare. "Men suck, unlike," Lillith suddenly hugged Lunaire. "Cute girls!" Lillith said as she rubbed her cheek on Lunaire's, then whispered into her ear. "Oh, and if I want to start a family, I need an extra appendage." Lillith let go after a few seconds. "Ahem, well yeah, that's why." Lunaire began to blush.

 "Th-Then why not pick [Male]?" Lillith gave Lunaire a blank look. "Because I'm already used to being a soft, supple girl." Lunaire returned Lillith's blank look. "True, honestly, a fair point." Lillith then realized something. "Wait, how many points do I have?" As she asked that question, the window chimed.

[Karma Points:3,911,420,069]

[Trial Points:6,911,420,666]

"What!?!?! Why do I have so many? Lunaire, is this a mistake?" Lunaire just smiled and shook her head. This gave Lillith a grateful smile, then an evil smirk paired with a giggle, which worried Lunaire. Lillith looked up at the screen and noticed that the mannequin had developed a rough outline of budding breasts and a decent-sized growth in between its legs.

"Oh, it changed... Wait, does it still have..." As Lillith thought about it, the mannequin's rod became translucent, allowing Lillith to see what she was wondering about. "Oh, ok, it's still there, or should I say isn't hehe." What Lillith had been wondering about was if she still had her sheath. Lunaire was a little confused, as she wasn't paying attention to the screen. "What are you talking about...Oh"

Lunaire finally looked up, blushed slightly, and couldn't help staring. Lunaire's stare was only broken by the sound of Lillith's maniacal laughter. "Call me a warrior because I have a sword, a sheath, and a chest plate." Lunaire's confusion turned into amusement as she realized what Lillith was referring to. She chuckled and replied, "Well, I guess you do have all the necessary equipment for battle. Just don't forget your helmet!" The two burst into laughter, enjoying their playful banter.
