"Rushing..." The sound of splashing water constantly echoed on this dreamlike island. In this secluded forest, the silvery spray under the bright sunlight sparkled brilliantly.

And within that vertically hanging silvery waterfall, a tall figure stood straight—Sōsuke, who had chosen to enter the real waterfall. He stood on the rock platform beneath the waterfall, his eyes tightly shut, unaffected by the waterfall crashing down from above.

On the shore, Kyōka Suigetsu's delicate face was filled with worry. Her pale hands clenched tightly, her enchanting pupils fixed on Sōsuke, wet with water, as she murmured to herself, "Sōsuke… you must come back…"

In the darkness. "Drip-drip…" A crisp sound, like a pebble falling into a calm body of water, suddenly rang out. As the sound echoed, Sōsuke suddenly opened his eyes! His gaze slightly narrowed, sweeping over his surroundings, his brow furrowed.

Surrounded by darkness, he lost all sense of time and space! He couldn't even tell if he was standing upright or upside down, the sensation beneath his feet was intangible, disorienting, gradually losing all sense of perception.

Sōsuke slowly brought his hand in front of his eyes, frowning. Yet, he saw nothing but profound darkness. "My Reiryoku can't manifest here… Neither chakra nor… have any effect…" Sōsuke murmured, frowning.

In reality, aside from his lips moving, no sound could propagate through this darkness. He lowered his gaze, thinking, Even sound is absorbed… What kind of place is this… Is that person lurking in some corner here!?

Just then! A magnetically light laughter sounded from an unknown place, slowly reaching Sōsuke's ears. "You chose to come here?" Trapped in this endless darkness that instilled despair, Sōsuke remained absolutely calm.

Hearing this sudden voice, he wasn't surprised but looked around soberly, watching for any abnormalities in the surrounding darkness. Sensing that Sōsuke had no intention of responding, the laughing voice spoke again softly, "If you're worried I might not hear you, you're overthinking. Just speak, I can hear you."

Hearing this again, Sōsuke's gaze slightly deepened. This person… can control this place… Expressionless, Sōsuke remained highly vigilant inside, softly saying, "I came here to make certain decisions. Why don't you show yourself, Aizen…"

Hearing Sōsuke's words, the voice seemed to fall silent for a moment. Just as Sōsuke's gaze narrowed slightly, vigilant of his surroundings, The thick, substantial darkness suddenly began to churn and swirl!

This scene made Sōsuke's eyes sink slightly. The dark matter surrounding Sōsuke seemed to be controlled by someone, twisting and contracting, finally compressing towards a specific location!

In Sōsuke's eyes, filled with surprise, that thick, dark matter suddenly transformed into a tall, bizarre chair.

"Tsk, tsk, tsk…"

With the strange sound gradually rising, a figure slowly emerged from the chair as if forcibly squeezing out!

When the figure was fully revealed before Aizen, his heart sank slightly, though his face remained expressionless, his eyes glinting complexly.

"Click…"

With a click, the change ceased. A figure now sat upon that tall, pitch-black chair. Or rather, it seemed more trapped in the chair than simply sitting.

Completely bound to the chair, as if merging into the darkness, the entire body was tied to the chair's back, only one eye and a corner of a mouth, bearing a faint smile, were visible.

On the mottled ground, where the dark matter receded, two figures, one standing and one sitting, exchanged glances.

"It's somewhat unexpected, Kyōka Suigetsu and Hōgyoku hold you in such high esteem, Aizen… to fall to such a state…"

"But… I suppose it's understandable. Perhaps this is why you have yet to appear…"

Aizen eyed the Sōsuke before him, speaking indifferently. However, Sōsuke didn't react angrily to Aizen's words, instead, he glanced around with the only pair of eyes he could use and laughed lightly.

"It's been… so long since I've seen the scenery of this place…"

"How do you find it here?"

Hearing this, Aizen paused, then took a closer look at their surroundings. They were in a desolate landscape, with endless mountains and valleys in the distance.

A gust of wind blew, stirring up the sandy dust, passing between them, unutterably bleak. In front of them, through the dusty haze, a vast palace loomed, almost like a mountain lying across the land.

Aizen looked slightly startled at the sight, softly inquiring, "This place is...?"

Hearing Sōsuke's question, Aizen, bound to the dark chair, chuckled and glanced at him, then looked at the palace with complex eyes, softly saying, "It could be considered my inner world from the past… Similarly, it's where Kyōka Suigetsu resides…"

Hearing Aizen's words, Sōsuke's gaze sharpened slightly, taking a more serious look around. This place... is the inner world where Kyōka Suigetsu resides? Why is it so desolate...

Ignoring Sōsuke's thoughts, Aizen continued softly, "Speaking of which, I owe you for this. If it weren't for your cooperation…"

Glancing at the black chair that completely restrained him, his eyes briefly flashed coldly, his voice cooling, "I might still be trapped in that pitch-dark space by this chair."

As his words fell,

"Hiss…"

The gray sky suddenly cracked open, revealing a giant eye peering down through the broken space.

Sitting in the dark chair, Aizen's lips curled into a smile, his eyes shimmering.
