The leader of the ogres was an ogre by the name Titan, his name given to him by his peers due to his significantly larger size. He was an ogre who ruled over all of the ogres for the last ten years taking over after killing his own father who was equally as large.
The ogre society was one built solely on strength, they followed whoever the strongest amongst them were, when it came to intelligence, it wasn't that they were lacking, it was more that it was never prioritized. Orges with intelligence simply had no room to reproduce.
The larger ones would monopolize all the females, the life span of ogres were considerably short relative to other races, on average they only lived twenty years and only their personal strength could prolong this, as a result the society had to be structured how it was. Every now and then, a few goblins would be born with a skill that prevents them from aging past a certain stage while increasing their growth in terms of strength.
