The sound of a heavy, weary body hitting the ground echoed through the chamber as Bliss, his demonic transformation fading, leaned against a massive stone pillar. Pain etched his features, and his body bore the marks of second and third-degree burns, remnants of his fierce battle. The assembled demons, their eyes seeking guidance from their leader, watched as Bliss struggled to regain his composure.
"Commence the reconstruction!" Bliss ordered, his voice strained, hoping to divert their attention as he continued to nurse his wounds.
The demons, spurred into action by their Demon Lord's command, hastened to obey. Diablo, one of the senior demons, took charge, repeating Bliss's orders and directing the other demons to begin the necessary repairs. As the crowd dispersed to fulfill their tasks, Bliss couldn't help but feel a swell of pride at their unwavering devotion to him.
