Luffy stood infront of mihawk as he had unsheath his sword in order to challenge him.Mihawk swung at luffy but luffy blocked the strike with his own blade.
"Impressive not many people can block one of my slashes."said mihawk.Luffy then jumped away as wave of water flew towards mihawk.
Mihawk was shocked as he didn't think luffy had a devil fruit considering he could swim so he came to the conclusion that the fruit must be water based as he blocked the condensed water slash.
Luffy then appeared behind him as he engulfed his sword in lighting before slashing at mihawks back.Mihawk realized luffy also was using arament haki as he jumped away.
The piece of ship wreckage they were on was then destroyed as thunder erupted as the ocean was split in two.
Before it could come back together luffy parted it in two as he stood on solid grown looking at mihawk who right infront him.
"Who are you you just showcased two different elemental abilities which is impossible for a devil fruit user."said mihawk.
"Well I'm monkey d luffy."replied luffy."I see your the same kid shanks told me had natural control over the elements and your the same kid he gave the gum gum fruit and that means you are the elemental demon who killed a celestial dragon and a cp0 agent along with killing dozens of marines 9 years ago."said mihawk.
"Yes that was me that damn pig deserved it bastards like him deserve to die."said luffy not a hint of remorse as all hid crewmembers heard what he said.
"Wait if that true then luff did that all at the age of eight."said nami."That bastard charls had dozens of people being held as slaves as the Marines assisted so I don't regret what I did."said luffy as the surrounding marines gasped in horror.
"You are just like shanks said you were hard headed and always does what he believes is right."said mihawk.
"That right and one day I'll watch from the sidelines as xoro will be the one to claim your title."declared luffy as zoro and the others heard this.
"It's not a matter of if it's a matter of when."said luffy as conquer's haki radiated from his body as he swung his blade at mihawk as mihawk did the same.
This clash caused an earth shaking battle as conquer's spirit was pulsating through the air as the sky split and the ocean grew violent but stood in place because of luffy's control.
