The King quickly put himself together and dried his tears. He rested on his wife's chest, and she caressed his back. After a while, he requested, “I think the Prince should know about this at once.”
The Queen stopped caressing him abruptly, and gave him a searching look, “Do you think that he should?” She asked. Without a second thought, he responded, “Yes. I have made numerous mistakes. I need to remedy as many as possible immediately.”
“If that is what you want, it is okay by me,” she accepted. The King got up and looked at the time. It was a few minutes past 11 PM. He picked up his phone and announced, “I will call him right away."
“He must have gone to sleep,” the Queen made clear.
