Limitless kingdom
A kingdom built to emulate freedom and democracy yet slowly turned Bloodline empire. Family of the People who build the kingdom become the rulers the Limitless bloodline being the royal family. And other four bloodline family's being the top of the Kingdom as Dukes. And other nobility hold the other lesser bloodline holders having fiefs under the four dukes and the four dukes being below the limitless Bloodline.
In a town under a Baron Black Knight . at the center of the town in baron's mansion,
in the garden properly trimmed and maintained by the gardeners. Under a tree slept son of the baron with his identical black hair and black eyes of his father Baron Banner Black Knight .
(During the unification (war) Banner earned the title as Black Knight and this remote fief from the kingdom aka from the duke for his merits towards the kingdom.)
Hearing a sound Adam knight raised his head to look his elder brother calling him to train. Yes that's our MC Adam knight son of banner "The Black" Knight and his brother named Bala Knight.
As you can see he has a elder brother and Bala is a…. what they call it 'a Genius' he is a swordsman like His father even thou he has not yet awakened. Thou everyone in the mansion want him to awaken same ability as his father as he has his fathers blood. As the chance of awakening your parents ability is High.
Then comes our MC… Adam Knight" no one mostly pays attention to as he can not inherit my fathers position nor do I own any authority in the fief. Things will be little different if he had connection to upper nobility but as you can see him sleeping while Bala is training well "Adam is useless with swords".
Bala is what you can call a perfect big brother you can ask for. he is a perfect son , perfect brother and even a perfect Heir to the fief. People of the fiefdom love him as he never bully commoners and protects the town from Bloody Beasts invasion.
At the age of 4 Adam started training and he tried an hour a day and it extended to few hours a day yet the result is he can barley hold the sword its as if someone or something is preventing him from learning any skills. Ho as you have been thinking true we can see our skills digitally like a gaming system but only the owner can see them while appraisal Stone can reveal them if the owner agree to them thou still ranking matters thou
Adam is 17 years old and his brother Bala is 18 years and going to awaken his ability
Everyone will automatically awaken their ability with in a week of their 18th Birthday. As they will awaken an ability no matter how useless it may be as 60% of the ability where useless as in <
Three days after Bala's birthday he awakened same skill as my father <
Even though full body armor sounds and looks cool but but it is not that much of great you might think as the ability boost ones physical body by 50% and you might think it is a lot but its only on early stages as difference between each stages kept increasing as difference between tier 0 and tire one is just double attributes but tire 2 has 5 times physical status and then skill get baptism from the world and get boosted causing the difference to be too great for this skill to be relevant. As you can see that my father who fought the entire war only to get baron position.
Six month after Adam's brothers ability awakening he was appointed as Heir of the barony and Adam has to leave the mansion after his 18th birthday as it is mandatory to avoid conflict and Law stats that only the elder son or daughter can hold the position as baron.
One of the best thing we can see is there is not much discrimination between men and women the discrimination appears between ability and tier ranking . In Higher noble family's elder son loose his right to succeed if and only the son does not have strong ability awakened or Blood line.
Even thou Adam have to leave the mansion after the my 18th birthday he was not worried as his father is a fair man and provided him with a private home and some monthly subsidy for next 2 years to help him start his life
Normally Adam will be married to a noble daughter who is succeeding the barony but seeing my skill no one agreed for a marriage proposal.
On my 18th birthday night at Dinner where Adam's brother Bala Knight , Mother Isabella Astrid and The Black Knight Banner himself having dinner .Suddenly Banner asked me to pack things up as he is going to send Adam as adopted son of his friend Baron Dino Pierce.
That was like a blast on his mind and Adam was stunned sitting still do not know what to do he never thought his father would just give him away just like that without any consent from him. Isabella Astrid is a crying mess right now but she did not say a word. Which means whatever that was happening right now she was already aware of it. Adam took a look at his brother who by the way had varying emotions with slight guilt look like he know about it too. Only person to not know about this matter seems to Adam who should have been informed first.
Well even thou he was useless and could not learn any useful skills Adam thought they will not give up on him like this. He know his father was a strict man and barely ever smiled at him or said any encouraging words to him, Adam thought he loved him just like he loved his brother.
Adam turned and looked at his fathers face which seems to have no emotion what so ever to the statement he just made. Hundreds of thought rampaged through my mind at that moment and in the end all I could say was " yes father". Well what else he could say it was a decision made my the Baron.
Adam was not in the mood to have dinner so he returned to his room and waited for his brother or his mother to come to his room to tell him what the hell is going on but till late night none showed up.
He felt betrayed he though he could not live up to his father he never disappointed him. Adam Trained like a Mad man for years yet he could not learn any skill as if he was cursed (Well I checked it seems I was not cursed ). Adam felt he is been thrown away.
Next day Even before breakfast Banner called him to his Office Room and gave him a letter to be delivered his friend Dino Pierce on his arrival. And a Bag which seems to be Silver coins Coins.
And Adam looked at my father again to see any sadness but he seems to be emotionless as always. When he left the room his mother hugged him and cried for few minutes but MC tried my best to keep my eyes from tears. Banner came out of the office and brought him to the carriage to see me off. I got into the carriage and turned around to see my brother missing. It seems his perfect brother is not perfect anymore.
