Chapter 38 - Chapter 33

Çaçar household

Chimwemwe's pov

"Oh, a strong hit to the chin that's got to have left Tyson disoriented!" I commented as a small doll sized iron sand figure punched another in the chin.

I was just messing around with my quirk by making a small iron sand Arena and made two doll sized boxers and made them fight. I acted as the commentary of the fight holding a brush which acted as my microphone. I did this as a fun way of training with my quirk while I was at home.

"Knock out! Mohammad Ali has knocked out Mike Tyson and continues his reign as the world champion!" I announced making the iron sand Mohammad hit his famous hard pose as he was victorious.

"AGOOD JOB ALI!" I jumped far to my bed, losing focus making the arena and figures dissolve back into regular iron sand. Aunt Minerva was leaning by the door with an amused expression on her face.

"Aunt, would you please knock." I complained.

"Well, aren't you going to give Mohammad Ali a celebratory party? He really deserved it after that hard fought battle~." She continued on as moved over to the iron sand on the floor. "As much as I want to see more boxing matches you need to clean this up, going out for glossary shopping."

"Alright." I nodded as I controlled the sand into two large ice cream containers I kept in.

"You know you are allowed to go out. I just took your laptop away from you, it's not like I grounded you."

"You did a lot more than take my laptop away and you can really ground me?" I've never been grounded before even in my past life and the only experience I had with it was seeing people get grounded on TV.

"PFT! I mean grounding isn't even a punishment unless I take away all your devices Chicky." Aunt chuckled.

"What agogo never grounded you before?"

"HAHAHA!" She laughed this time. "Oh no, whenever I got into situations like you did when I was younger, she never held back on me. You're lucky I'm raising you instead of her because trust me the punishment I gave you is nothing. Now hurry up and get dressed."

After she got out, I went to my drawers to pick out my clothes. I went to the living room and found her already dressed.

"Ready to go?" She asked and I gave her a thumbs up. "Alright then." And with that we left the house.

Sometime later

Elsewhere

"KEEP THEM AWAY FROM THE CROWD!" A police man yelled as they kept firing bullets at nine men flying around in jet packs as they shot balls of plasma from their spear like weapons causing a lot of property damage.

They were all 9 feet tall, had plan black body suits, and demonic style masks on their faces with red glowing eyes.

One of them shot a thermal blasts ball and some nearby citizens and they couldn't do anything but close their eyes in fear.  Suddenly three women jumped in front of them with shields in hand and blocked the attack. After it was blocked the shields shrank down.

They were wearing African dark red warrior dress while hugging their bodies which seemed to allow the women more flexibility, study knee high boots.

"IT'S THE DELEMONGI!" One of the citizens yelled excitedly. Then three large car-sized caped dogs ran into the scene and began to help citizens in trapped rubble.

Then a caped dog which was larger than the other three ran to the scene. On top of it was a beautiful woman with long straight hair tied in a ponytail, brown eyes, athletic figure wearing similar armour like the other three females but she had a golden cloak.

She noticed one of the villains aiming at an apartment complex and quickly conjured up two small daggers and then high force making a slight gust of wind. The daggers managed to pierce the villain's blaster and he quickly dropped it and it exploded before it hit the ground.

"Ahosi. Thank you for the assistance." A police officer thanked her.

"What's the situation?" Ahosi asked the police officer.

"Just a few minutes ago these villains came out of nowhere and just began blasting the area. No threats, no demands or anything they just began attacking."

"That's very particular." Ahosi narrowed her eyes on the villains. Unless they're crazy or part of something, villains usually have a motive for these types of attacks, especially in Nyasaland and it's usually for money to make it out of the poverty line.

They suddenly stopped and they fired shots at the nearby buildings making large rubble fall towards the crowd of civilians.

She then quickly went into action and made a large golden energy bow and pulled the string making four a large arrow and shot them at the rubble before they hit the civilians completely destroying them and some specs of dust fell on the crowd. The villains flew away.

"Delemongi!" The three women then got on the caped dogs. "It's time to hunt now, move out!" She yelled and with their famous war cry they began chasing the villains.

As they were chasing after them the villains then shot more at places where they were civilians, injuring a lot in their apartment homes and businesses to distract the hero.

"Tsk! Damn cowards." Ahosi gritted her teeth in frustration.  "Help the civilians." She ordered her teammates.

"Yes captain." They all nodded and went to do their duty.

Ahosi than manifested her bow once more but this and pulled its string making an arrow shooting towards one of the villains and hit one of its jetpacks making it go out of control and Ahosi's caped dog ran after it.

At the supermarket

Minerva and Chimwemwe had finished their glossary shopping at the supermarket and Minerva was going to her car with glossaries in hand while Chimwemwe went to use the bathroom.

As Minerva walked towards her car a large man literally fell on top of her car crushing it much to the cheetah woman's utter shock.

"M-My c-car."  She uttered in pure horror as she stared at the wrecked car and even dropped her glossaries.

"GROWL! YOU FUCKED UP MY CAR YOU BASTARD!!" Minerva growled like a wild animal with her voice getting deeper.

The villain then got up with no damage except for his jetpack and robotically turned towards Minerva. Out of nowhere it pulled out his gun and shot a thermal blast at Minerva without hesitation but she dodged it and quickly punched the villain some metres away. She clenched and unclenched her hand in confusion and when she punched him, she felt like she was punching a hard metal block.

"You really made a big mistake." Minerva was in her were-cheetah form looking extremely upset and growling maliciously. Her clothes were a little ripped due to her transformation.

Minerva in a stance and quickly through a palm strike making a strong blast of air toward the villain. This attack caused the villain to be blown away but she zipped behind him and gave him a strong kick to the back knocking him 40 feet in the sky causing a strong gust of wind.

As he was in the air Minerva crouched down and the wind gathered around her and she jumped up in the air after him and used her sharp hand in a claw strike and she heard the tearing and clunking sounds of metal when she did this. Her attack caused her attacker to rocket higher in the air. She seemingly began kicking the air and she reached and passed him then spun and with the gathering of wings along with speed and velocity she kicked the seemingly metal hard towards the ground fast.

When he hit the ground hard the impact caused the air and there to be a slight crater on the ground.

"Is that robot or something?" Minerva questioned as grabbed it by the neck making her claws dig deep in it and felt its metallic insides.

"ENOUGH!" A strong female voice yelled with authority and made Minerva turn towards the source.

"Tsk." Minerva clicked her tongue and recognized the woman in front of her.

"That's enough Minerva now to put him down." Ahosi commended.

"Fatima." Minerva clicked her tongue in annoyance at the warrior woman. "It's good to see you again after like two years?" She smiled but it was painfully obvious.

"It's good to see you too and it's been nine years actually." Ahosi corrected.  "Now they drop him." She ordered.

Minerva, having vented out of most of her anger and not wanting to be charged with illegal quirk usage and vigilantism, removed her claws from the man's neck and pushed him back to the ground hard.

"For heaven's sake Minerva!" Ahosi yelled disapprovingly.

"What it tried to attack me and to make it worse he crushed my car. This is the least I could do to him plus I don't think this guy is a human." Minerva pointed out.

"What?" Ahosi got off her caped dog and walked over to the giant man and so he wasn't a man but a robot. "Still what if he was an actual person, you could have killed him. I see that you still let that temper get the best of you I see. Some things just never change."

"That's pretty ironic coming from you. I'm sure you're the one who shot it down dropping it from the sky. So maybe you're right, some things just never change as you're still as hypocritical as ever." Minerva remarked sassily rolled her eyes.

Ahosi's eyes twitched a little at the comment. Normally she wouldn't let those types of remarks get to her by anybody else but Minerva for some reason always managed to get under her skin even now almost ten years later. So, she glared at the Cheetah woman who glared back.

Ahosi breathed in and out calming herself and reminded herself that she was a grown woman now and a hero no less, they were no longer in high school.

"So, Fatima how are you going to take care this?" Minerva tapped her foot and pointed at her destroyed car. "I'm pretty sure you're the one who dropped that thing on to my car."

"You don't have any insurance or go to hero damage compensation?"

"Do you forget which country we live in. By the time I get compensation for this I will be in my forties."

Ahosi rolled her eyes, honestly forgetting how a little dramatic Minerva could be. The robot than went back online and instantly got up and the two women jumped back and got ready for action but than a powerful blast of blue electricity hit it directly short-circuiting it and making drop to the ground with smoke coming out its head.

"Auntie, what the hell is going on!" Chimwemwe ran to auntie ready for action with electricity dancing around him a bit.

"Oh, nothing Chicky. Thanks for the save cub." Minerva's demeanour shifted and bent down patting Chimwemwe's head lovingly as she went back to normal.

"S-stop that. What's with the robot though?" He asked, looking down at the robot and taking a picture of it. "Man, Lusungu is going to love this." He then crouched down and touched its forehead and began feeling the electricity in it and analysing it's insides.

"Chimwemwe don't touch this thing you don't know where it's been." Minerva pulled him back.

Ahosi observed the interaction between the two, especially keeping her eyes on Chimwemwe.

"Wait Ahosi!?" Chimwemwe finally noticed the number 5 hero along with her magnificent giant caped dog.

"Hello there Chimwemwe it's nice to meet you." Ahosi waved but unconsciously narrowed her eyes at him analysing him then formed a small smile. "Thank you for the assist. I see you have a powerful quirk but refrain from using it in public." She complimented a golden rope and tied the robot tight and slacked it over her shoulders.

"O-oh thank you." Chimwemwe said a little sheepishly as the compliment came out of nowhere.

"Well, I have to take my leave. It was nice meeting you Chimwemwe. Oh, and Minerva nice job on that fashion show I knew you would find you calling after you quit." Ahosi smirked teasingly as she got on her giant caped dog.

"Don't you have somewhere to be." Minerva muttered with a small blush on her face and Ahosi just shot her a smirk and rode off with her dog. She then felt her nephew tap her by the side getting her attention.

"Are you just going to super speed me every now?" Chimwemwe asked while pointing at her destroyed car in the distance.

"Dammit." Minerva swore as forgot to get Fatima's signature so she could at least get herself a new car faster.

In a lab somewhere in Nyasaland

"Hum there from that the dinner party seven year ago." Inserting a shadowy figure of a man figure of a man in a highly technological laboratory. His fingers were stretched out in USB cords connected to many ports mused as he saw a video of Minerva and Chimwemwe through his screen but he specially focused. But then he began to receive a call through one of his screens making him smirk.

"So you finally thought about it ?" He asked arrogantly as if he ready knew his answer
