In a dark and damp room Naomi Smith was lying on the floor covered in blood. She was struggling to get herself to get up from the floor. She hears the sound of the door opening and she struggles to adjust her eyesight with the sudden light coming from the door. As soon as her eyes adjust to the brightness, what greets her eyes is a woman who looks very graceful, donned in luxurious clothes and dolled up that woman is none other than her sister Lillian Smith. Naomi becomes happy at the sight of her sister thinking that finally someone has come to rescue her. But then she heard Lillian say sister you're still alive, i expected you to be dead by now. Naomi was shocked to hear her sister's words and felt that she was hallucinating. How can her kind sister suddenly speak like this? Lillian laughed looking at her reaction. She walked up to Naomi and pulled her hair to make her eyes meet with her menacing gace. She said in a cold voice don't call me sister as we have never been sisters. You were simply adopted by my parents to be my shadow.Mom and dad found you in an orphanage, you looked beautiful and hence they decided to use you as my shadow so that people can compare you with me and then praise me for being kind and loving. Did you think that you were kidnapped by those people was a coincidence, how naive. I planned your kidnapping so that we can break your engagement with Richard without a hitch. By the way, I forgot to tell you that Richard is also here with me. As soon as she finished saying these words a tall and handsome guy walked in wearing an expensive tailor-made suit. He looked down at Naomi and sneered saying she is still alive, I guess then I can tell her on her face that the one I love is not her but Lillian. Listening to this Naomi felt like a bucket of cold water was poured over her head. She was stunned. The guy she had loved for 10 years was standing in front of her holding her sister in his arms and claiming to love her sister. Naomi struggled to keep her tears from streaming down her face while saying "we have been engaged for 18 years Richard, you promised to love and marry me, you must be lying to me now. Tell me that all this is just a lie". Richard sneered saying "why should I love an adopted daughter; you are nothing but a boring woman. I have always only loved Lillian. She is a kind and gentle person. She begged to come and see you the minute we found your location, and anyways you have been kidnapped for an entire week and have been violated by your kidnappers, why would I want to marry a dirty woman?" saying this he turned around to leave.
Lillian spoke to Richard in a weak and gentle tone saying "Richard dont say that about my sister, she is so pitiful" Lillian was an expert at putting on a weak and gentle persona. She then started crying saying "sister is sorry this is all my fault but i really do love Richard a lot, please give us your blessings." She then begged Richard to give them some alone time so she can say her goodbyes. Richard left the room giving one final disgusted look to Naomi.
After Richard left the room Lilian put away her gentle persona and put on the previous smug expression. She squatted down in front of Naomi and said, "Your kidnapping was planned by me; I paid those men to kidnap and violate you and then break your leg and leave you here to die." Naomi shivered just thinking about the way she was treated by those men for an entire week. She was begging them to let her go but those men would just laugh at her misery, they broke her leg when she tried to struggle. They stripped her off her clothes and violated her over and over for an entire day. She kept hoping that someone would come and save her, but to her horror those kidnappers kept torturing her. The next day of the kidnapping they injected her with drugs and then brought different men to let them have their way with her. At the end of the week, they beat her up and left her in this dark and cold place to die. Naomi cried saying "why did you do this to me? What have I done to you?" Lillian laughed like a maniac and said "my dear sister, you did nothing wrong. It's just that I hate that face of yours, I always just used you so that everyone could compare you with me and praise me for being kind and gentle. On my 16th birthday I was the one who had tampered with your clothes so that your clothes would fall apart during the party."Did you really think mom and dad loved you? They would always celebrate my birthday while just ignoring your birthday saying that since it's the month end, they are having some financial problem and hence can't celebrate it. Mom purposely brought you revealing and slutty clothes so that people think that you are a spoiled girl. But old Mrs Davidsons that old hag had to just make you get engaged to Richard. At first Richard liked you because of that face of yours and he agreed to be with you. But then I started slowly degrading your image in his eyes. Making you seem like a spoiled girl. He fell in love with me but his grandmother just won't let him cancel his engagement. By the way, did you know Richard and I have been together since my 10th birthday. We just kept lying to you. I forgot to tell you I am already pregnant with his child." Naomi felt like she was struck by lightning. The people she trusted the most were the people who hated her the most. Her fiance who she had been engaged with since the age of seven has been cheating on her with her sister. She felt utterly hopeless.
