Stephanie had been sleeping most of the morning and had her phone was on Do Not Disturb; she had spent every day since that fateful day with Eloise waking up early to check news outlets and social media's which yielded nothing. A week ago, she had decided that nothing would happen, so she relaxed.
Stephanie never understood the meaning of the term "delayed gratification" as she had always been a "GIVE. ME.
