"That's true. She was coming from the direction of his dorm" Oliver said. " That bastard!" Lucian got up immediately and was about to walk to the door when Oliver said "Before we go to meet Evans, let's go and check on her first. She might need our help".
"What did he do Al? Speak" Amy yelled as she shaked Almora holding her by the shoulders. "He tried to ra..ra..pe me" she struggled to say. Amy and Stacy's eyes went wide at what she said. "What?? How could he try to do such a thing?" Stacy said, already annoyed.
Almora just kept sobbing. They carried her up and helped her to the bed. "It's okay. Now calm down and explain to us what happened" Amy said, patting her back. Suddenly they heard a knock on the door and Almora jolted up. "Don't open it. That could be him. Please don't let him in. Please" she held onto Amy's clothes, hiding behind her. Amy and Stacy felt bad as they had never seen their friend in this kind of state before.
"It's me, Lucian" he said from behind the door when no one opened it. Hearing that, Stacy walked and went to open the door for them and locked it back. They were shocked at the state in which they met Almora. They had never seen her like that before.
Lucian tried to move close to her but she hid behind Amy still holding on to her clothes. "What happened?" Lucian asked, trying to act cool. "Evans tried to have his way with her" Amy said, trying to hold in her tears as she felt bad that her friend had almost been raped.
"What?? That bastard!!" he yelled and was about to storm out when Stacy asked him to 'Stop'. He turned back to look at her with a burning fire in his eyes. Stacy gulped at that sight and felt beads of sweat forming on her head.
She quickly regained herself and said "Let's handle Almora first. She's in deep shock. If we don't try to get her out of it now, it will lead to something else". Hearing that, he quickly calmed down and went to sit. "I knew that monster was up to no good but I didn't think that he would do something like this" Oliver said.
Almora suddenly stood up from the bed and walked straight to the bathroom. They quickly got up to follow her but she used her hand to signal them to stop. She continued walking to the bathroom, fetched water into a bucket and carried it back to the room.
They quickly stood up wondering what she was up to. She stopped when she was a little bit farther from the bathroom and poured the whole bucket of water on her head flowing down to her whole body. Amy and Stacy gasped at what she did while Lucian's eyes were burning. Immediately after pouring it, she threw the bucket on the floor and said "Now, that monster's stain is no longer on me".
Amy and Stacy ran up to her. "Why did you do that Al?" Amy asked as they covered her with a blanket. They walked her to the bed and sat her down. "Are you ready to explain everything that happened?" Stacy asked and she nodded.
She began narrating the whole story from the beginning till she ran away from there. Immediately she narrated it finish, Lucian hit his hand hard on the bed.
Before he stood up, Almora said "I had also experienced something like this when I was a child". They all turned their faces to her surprised at what they heard. "Wait, What?? When did this happen?" Amy asked.
"I told you all that my dad made me and my brother learn defense" she said and they nodded. "Well, one day one of the defense teachers also tried to have his way with me but I was able to scream grabbing the attention of everyone. He was imprisoned. My dad got me therapy to get over the trauma because I was just 12 and It worked" she explained.
"I can't imagine how it must have been. So what he did today brought back that memory?" Stacy asked and she nodded. "It's an awful experience that one wouldn't wish even for his enemy" Brian said with concern. "I'm going to go and kill him" Lucian gritted and stood up to leave but was stopped again by Almora.
"Stop please. I don't want to spoil my Thanksgiving. Immediately we resume back to school, I would report him because I can't live here knowing I would get to see that monster's face everyday" she said, not blinking. "But.." Lucian tried to talk but was cut off by Almora. "I'm the victim here Lucian. I'll handle it the way I want but I know I'm not sparing him. You can go back to your dorm and don't worry about me. I'm not that same little girl I was back then. I'm a Red and a Fierce one at that" she said, without blinking.
They were proud of her being able to stand strong but they were worried as they didn't know what she was planning. Lucian balled his hand into a fist as it was itching to hit Evans but for Almora's sake he had to hold it in.
They went back to their dorm after making sure that she was fine. Melanie and her friends also came over and the situation was explained to them. They also felt bad and annoyed but Almora told them the same thing she said to Lucian.
They all went back to bed. Almora lay on her bed with eyes open as she stared at the ceiling. " I'm coming for you Monster".
