Shrugging, Leon decided to start his Gym training right now.
He has no time to waste, two hours off his time limit is already gone. He started a stopwatch placed in the courtyard Gym and then stretched himself in preparation for the workout.
He had seen Gym Bro and Drake work out several times, so he is not a newbie to these things. so he started with some basic homework out.
He first did some push up, doing it up to two hundred.

With this info, he then moved to diamond push-ups. He did it for another two hundred times.

After this, no arm workout gave him strength anymore. Looking at the Gym stopwatch, he noticed that he trained for two hours nonstop, yet he have not started feeling tired.
But still, he did not like the Gym one bit. if not for the punishment and the fact that all this workout gave him strength, he might have quit a long time ago.
Then after the arm workout, he moved to the leg workout.
He did (Scissors), (Fire hydrant), (Pile Squats) and (Squats)
Gaining a total of 19 and 2 Stats added to his agility and stamina respectively.
But no matter how he tried, he wasn't able to level up.
He also did some abs/chest work out doing [Crunches], [Reverse Crunches], [Bicycle Crunches], [V sit-ups], [Super Man], [Mountain Climber], [Scissors], [Cobra], [Bird Dog] and many more.
By the time he was done with this Abs and Chest workout, he got a whooping 25 stats points for Stamina, 10 for strength, and 9 for agility.
And he checked the stopwatch again and found out that he trained for two hours and thirty minutes from the time he first checked it. If he added the time of the arm workout, it meant that he trained for a whooping Four hours and thirty minutes!
With all this, Leon is officially done with home workout exercises, he would now move to lift weights.
He then decided to check his stats before continuing the workout.
At this point, He is drenched with sweat. But he still is not tired enough to stop.

Looking at his stats, Leon nodded before sitting in a weight chair. After that, he held tightly the shaft of the highest Barbell, while lying in the makeshift weight chair in preparation to lift it.
The Barbell he chose was the one Drake was using and it has more than 800kg weight! This weight is close to a ton! A ton is 1000kg more or less.
With this he started lifting the weight, this is where the real gym practice begins!
Drake was able to train with this heavyweight for two hours!

And this weight is close to a ton!
Get one thing straight, a ton of weight is the same weight as a large empty shipping container. Some cars weigh a ton while some weigh less.
For a mortal like Drake, to be able to carry, 8/10 of that entire weight, that shows how strong mortals of this Qi generation could be.
Nevertheless, Leon was planning to surpass that record with the weights. He will exercise with the barbell and surpass Drake's Record of 2 hours.
But then, as he lifted the weight, he frowned, 'the weight is not challenging enough?'
Knowing that he shouldn't train with something that isn't challenging, Leon added two (100kg) weight plates at each side of the rod increasing the weight of the entire barbell to 1200kg! The rod itself was strong and thick, it was made to be capable of carrying weights like this with little to no trouble.
Nevertheless, When the weight of the thick rod is added, Leon was carrying a weight greater than 1200kg! Which is definitely more than a ton, if he could carry this, then he can push a huge trailer off balance!
This kg is no joke! A ton is 1000kg! But the barbell Leo wanted to carry weighs 1200kg!
Without further ado, Leo placed the barbell on the ground. He no longer wants to use the weight chair as he was not sure if the weight chair can handle him sitting on it while lifting a 1200kg barbell.

The weight dragged his hands down, making Leo frown...
'This weight is indeed heavy, even for leveled up person like me'
Even though it was heavy, Leon did not quiver, instead, his resolve was strengthened.
If this is the weight that would force him to break through his limits and reach level 7, then he would gladly do it.
What made the entire situation funny was that Leom had never lifted weights before, or maybe he had tried to.
But before, no matter how hard he tried, he couldn't even lift a 100kg dumbbell.
'Soo much for first time... ' Leon sighed and then took a deep breath, then held the barbell by the shaft, and then lifted it.
"urgh.." He grunted softly, feeling his muscles bulge and contract to their limits.
The outline of his muscle from the view made his already handsome self look more handsome and imposing to the eyes.
Leon wanted to exercise with this heavyweight and get in shape, he did not want to over-exercise himself.
Carrying the heavyweight, with his face contorted, he lifted the heavy, 1200kg barbell high up as far as his hands could carry.
And then brought down the barbell to his shoulders, relaxing his muscles a bit.
He lifted his hands high again, repeating the process, and then...
He heard the notification sound but ignored it and continued focusing on his training.
He lifted the barbell in his hands up again, then brought it down to his shoulders.
He repeated this process up to twenty times, receiving 21 notifications which he ignored.
And like this, he continued lifting the weight till he stopped getting notifications.
By the time he looked at the stopwatch, he found out that he had trained for seven hours...
Standing up, he decided to use the remaining training hours to jog around the slum.
