"It didn't because I wished for a candy tree," she added and he just cracked up.
"Don't laugh! I was young," she pouted.
"Okay, okay," his laughter slowly died down to light chuckles.
"Do you have a coin?" he asked.
"No. Why?" she questioned.
"I think I have a couple of bills, let's go have it changed to coins," he replied. He continued holding her hand as they searched for a place to exchange the bills to new coins.
As it was a busy city, they found it with ease and returned to the fountain. They both threw the coins into the fountain after making their wishes.
"I hope you had faith doing it," he grinned.
"Yes brother," she responded in a church like manner. He laughed;
"I'm just saying, take it seriously Silvia. Things like these do grant wishes, granted my last wish,"
"Really? The snow...what did you wish for?" she asked and he cupped her cheeks.
