Davian sat close to Silvia at the back of the car as her driver drove the black SUV. They were heading for Carlisle fashion house for engaged couples to be wedded.
The fashion house owned by one of the most renown fashion designer in the country- Natasha Strowman, dealt mainly on wedding attires.
They would have called her over as planned earlier but they just decided that they go to her instead.
Mrs Reyes so wanted to follow but decided to leave the two lovebirds alone. The car parked in the parking lot when they got there and Noah opened the door for Silvia as Davian had already came out of the car.
The establishment was occupying an entire building which was lovely to the eyes, the surroundings were equally commendable. They walked inside and were given a very warm welcome by Natasha Strowman herself. The interior designs were absolutely stunning, from the reception to the various attires and jewelries exhibition section.
"Welcome once again Ms. Reyes and Mr. Randell, it's an honor to have you here and to design your wedding attires. I hope I will get an invitation from this fine couple that graced my fashion house?" Natasha asked.
"Without a doubt," Silvia responded.
"Well, shall we begin?" Natasha continued.
Natasha Strowman was a beautiful tall woman in her late thirties, who has managed to climb her way to the top over the years as one of the most prestigious wedding attire designers in Navarro.
"We'll first attend to you, Ms. Reyes then your fiancée," Natasha said and the duo nodded in agreement.
They moved to the bride's section and Davian was offered a seat as Natasha along with her girls helped Silvia out in picking ideas for her wedding dress.
"What is your ideal wedding gown, Ms. Reyes? What would you like to be seen on, on that special day?" Natasha asked.
"To be honest, I have a good sense of fashion but I haven't given this a thought. Not even once," Silvia replied.
"Alright. You can try some of these out and tell me how you feel about them," Natasha said.
Silvia was escorted to the dressing room and she was dressed in a white mermaid gown, that was heart shaped, handless and lacy only at the bottom. Her hair was neatly packed upwards and held in place with some fine white clippers in flower shape, that accompanied the gown. A pair of white heels not too high was matched with the gown as well as a pair of diamond necklace and earrings.
She finally came out once the girls were done. Natasha and Davian's eyes were staring at her so intently.
"So, what do you think about this, Natasha?" Silvia asked.
"Well, how do you feel about it?" Natasha asked.
"Uhm. I don't really like it, it fits perfectly but... I'm uncomfortable," Silvia replied.
"What do you think about it?" Natasha directed the question to Davian this time.
"Anything my princess says. And, I don't want men ogling at her sexy curviness on that day," he replied, Silvia almost glared at him. He winked at her as a grin hung on his lips.
"Alright then. Try another," Natasha said.
Silvia was taken to the dressing room again and then she came out with a white ball gown, lacy at every section. It was curved neck, she had a different pair of heels and earrings on but she didn't have any necklace on instead, this gown had a veil which stopped right at her waist when she didn't cover her face with it and just let it fall backwards as it hung unto her still packed hair.
"So..." Natasha trailed off waiting for her comments.
"Well...I don't really like it," Silvia said, Davian almost face slapped himself.
"Didn't you see the gown before putting it on? Why don't you try something that catches your eyes instead of just wearing dresses randomly?" Davian responded.
"It did caught my eyes but I don't like it after putting it on," She replied and he almost rolled his eyes.
She went in again and tried more gowns. Davian could count this as one of the worst moments of his life. He has been sitting for hours, his butt was hurting that he even stood up at some point. It felt like eternity!, he never expected picking a wedding gown would take this long, it was excruciating as hell.
She finally came out of the dressing room again for like the thirty fifth time. A smile hung on her lips and Davian hoped this was the one. Even Natasha smiled in anticipation;
"Nah..." she trailed off disapprovingly.
Davian almost broke down in tears, was she doing this on purpose to punish him?-He thought.
She went in again, Natasha accompanying her this time and they came out after a few minutes.
"Ta-da, what do you think my groom?" Natasha beamed. Davian was astounded. She was...more than gorgeous. She was like a goddess of beauty.
"I think this is it," Silvia said.
"Finally," he managed to say. Natasha and her girls giggled at how his fiancée had rendered him speechless.
Silvia was wearing a white ball gown that wasn't too round as a ball. A simple ball gown that was off shoulder, the top was designed with white lace. The hands were skin tight long sleeves which ended at the wrists and was made of just the white lace revealing her fair skin beneath, the tip of the skirt of the gown was also designed with the lace.
"So, would you like to make any adjustments for yours?" Natasha asked.
"Yes. Get rid of the bow," Silvia said referring to the large bow at the back of the gown.
"Also, I want a long veil, a really long one and the skirt part is a little plain, add a sparkling white translucent bridal organza to the skirt part of my gown," she elaborated. She never expected herself to be this engrossed and ecstatic about a wedding gown.
"Okay," Natasha noted.
"Why don't we go have your measurements taken?" she added leading the way and Silvia followed her in concordance.
They were out soon, Silvia had changed to her previous clothes and they proceeded to the groom's section where they met a man there.
"Meet Ashton Kutcher, my assistant designer for males. He's very talented," Natasha praised the man who was about the same age as her.
"Ah, thank you Natasha," Ashton responded.
They commenced immediately. Picking the right reference tuxedo for Davian wasn't that time consuming at all.
One, Davian was tired and just wanted some fresh air and so he said he was okay with everything he tried but Silvia always objected. Two, everything he tried was ravishing and suited him perfectly as he had a perfect physique.
They found the perfect one that Silvia agreed with and so the descriptions and his measurements were taken almost immediately.
They were finally done, Davian took in a deep breath once he was outside, he felt stuffy in there. Silvia soon joined him, some of the employees carried shopping bags along with her and they placed it in the boot of the SUV.
"What are those?" he asked.
"Some suits that caught my attention on you. They look really great on you and so I bought them," she said.
"You didn't have to," he stated.
"I see you don't like to be dolled on. Throw them away if you want to," she responded.
She was about to open the door of the car but Davian shut it back with his hand, she turned to face him. Her brows creased as their eyes met, she turned to look, the employees were all gone.
Her eyes stared intently at his arm which held the door across her shoulder, then it went to his eyes again.
"What is this?" she gruntled.
"Noah?" Davian called.
"Yes, sir," Noah answered.
"Take the clothes and car to my apartment. Wait for us there," Davian said.
"What?" Silvia responded.
Noah stared at the duo, a little caught up in the tension.
"What do you think you're doing?" she asked again.
"Trust me, princess," Davian whispered in her ears.
"I don't," she replied.
He smirked and held her hand. "Do as I say, Noah," he said and started to walk away with her. Silvia wondered why she was following him sheepishly. Where was he taking her to?-She thought.
