DAMNIT!
Not only did she miss Leo as he had already left for work but she was also late for work. She must still have to go to work but she wants to still do something for Leo at least, out of the list.
{4. Bake something for him}
She collected her phone and dialed Claire's number.
"Hey Claire, I'm going to be turning in late today. Can you inform your mom?" Olivia pleaded.
{Sure but why?}
"Urgh, I don't feel too good," Olivia lied, she didn't mean to lie but she didn't know how she was going to explain that she'll be late all because she wants to bake something for Leo.
{Oh, really. How do you feel? Why don't you just take the day off?}
"No, I'm sure I'll be okay soon, nothing serious but it's making me lazy, so I will be coming late," Olivia continued.
{Oh I understand}
Olivia hung up.
She knows what to do! She will bake a cake for him.
