Adela's Point of View:
I woke up and was surprised to see Primo's back. He was facing away from me, so I smiled and quickly erased it from my lips because I didn't know why I was smiling.
I must be crazy!
I thought he had left me alone here last night, but it turned out he came back.
However, my anger towards him hasn't gone away. I don't even know what I'm angry about. I just shook my head, took my phone, and folded the blanket, glancing at Primo who was sleeping.
I checked the time and gasped, realizing it was still quite dark as it was only five o'clock.
I returned to where the others were sleeping.
No one was awake yet, so I went straight to Olivia's tent and took my belongings. She was surprised when she woke up.
"You're up so early," she said sleepily, and I just smiled and sat beside her.
"This camping lasts until tomorrow morning, right?" I asked, and she rubbed her eyes and nodded.
"Olivia, I don't think I'll be joining you guys later until tomorrow," I said, and she raised an eyebrow.
"Why? What happened?" she asked, yawning.
"Nothing, really."
"Alright, let's go then. I want to take a shower because I couldn't last night. Let's go to Primo's house. You can tell me everything that happened," she said, so I just nodded, and we left to return to the mansion.
There, we stayed in my room, and after washing up, she lay on my bed.
"So what happened? Were there any scenes that others shouldn't know about?" she asked, teasingly, and I shook my head.
"We had a disagreement," I said, and her eyes widened.
"Huh, why?"
I then narrated everything that happened, and I didn't know how to explain her reaction. Her facial expressions were all over the place!
I was surprised when she spoke.
"Are you sure you don't have feelings for Primo?" she asked with a smile, and I nodded, raising my eyebrow.
"Well, didn't you tell me you got angry for no reason?" she said, and her eyes narrowed.
"Hmm... why would you get angry about such a conversation between you two? I can understand why he might get mad at you, but you, why are you angry?" Olivia teased, her right eyebrow still raised.
I didn't answer her and just let her tease me. I really couldn't explain why I was getting angry.
"But do you think his feelings for me are genuine?" I asked, and she held her chin, seeming to think carefully.
"Well, it's possible that he's just playing around with you, or maybe he truly loves you!"
"All I can say is don't rush into his feelings, let him wait until you're sure that he really loves you. But, of course, before you reciprocate if you find out he loves you, make sure that you love him too. I don't want you two to deceive each other; if you end up together, you should be true to each other."
Well, I'll take her advice. I think that can help me a lot!
After our long conversation, we fell asleep again since I was still feeling tired, and she was too.
Nothing eventful happened yesterday after returning from camping. If I hadn't idled in front of the beach, I wouldn't have had anything else to do. I planned to bake, but I wasn't in the mood to bake. Maybe if I baked a cake, it would turn out to be something other than a cake. Olivia was sent home by her family because they needed her to handle some business, so I was left with nothing to do. Even when Olivia and I had nothing to do, her chatty mouth was enough to dispel boredom. I think she never runs out of stories to tell.
Earlier this morning, the campers returned. It was around seven o'clock when they arrived. Nobody asked me why Olivia and I went home early, well, we're not that close, so it's impossible for them to inquire.
I didn't see Primo, and I felt unhappy. I wanted to apologize to him, but I was afraid that he might just snap at me. He might still be mad at me, so I decided against it.
At nine o'clock, Primo entered the university, and around the same time, I left my room.
I was happy when Olivia arrived just a few minutes after I left my room, so at least I did something sensible, easing my growing boredom.
She told me about her activities yesterday, and I couldn't help but laugh when she recounted how stressed she was.
We also explored the resort, and she showed me other places, so I'm starting to get familiar with the surroundings.
The sun was getting intense, so we headed back to the mansion.
We arrived at the mansion at exactly 10:27, still quite early, but it was already scorching hot.
"How are you and Primo? Have you talked yet?" she asked, and I shook my head with a sad expression.
"Oh well, I know one thing that will help you talk to him," she said, raising my curiosity.
"Make a peace offering!" she suggested, causing my eyebrows to furrow. Will that really work on Primo?
"What should I do?" I asked.
"He likes chocolates, why not try making something with chocolates? I mean, try to make a cake or cupcakes or something like that?" She raised her eyebrows even higher.
"What if he doesn't accept it?"
"Tss, that's chocolate. He won't easily refuse chocolates! Besides, if he really likes you, he'll forgive you!" Olivia assured me.
"R-Really?" My eyes sparkled.
"Yes, of course! Trust me, I'm his cousin!" she said, and I nodded, trusting her. We immediately went to the baking room to start the process.
Olivia suggested that I should deliver the cake to Primo during lunch, so I quickly made it while I had enough time.
I decided to give him just a slice of the cake for now, as it was too much if I gave him the whole thing. I'll give the rest later when he arrives.
Once I finished making the cake, I quickly arranged it for him and also prepared myself. I wore gray wool twill shorts with a black fitted ¾ top, tucked in. I had rubber shoes on and my long hair in a ponytail. I checked his schedule in this house's library to find out which room he was in or if he had classes.
Olivia and I arrived at Primo's university and quickly found his classroom, but unfortunately, he wasn't there.
I thought all hope was lost, but when Olivia asked around, someone said that Primo was at the library because their professor assigned them some tasks.
Olivia dropped me off at the library, and I searched for Primo. He was waiting outside, so I went in alone.
I know eating isn't allowed here, but I just wanted to give him the cake quickly, so I needed to find him as soon as possible.
I wandered around the library, and my heart sank when I saw Primo with another girl, laughing together.
My eyebrows furrowed as I watched the girl lean in and kiss Primo on the lips. I heard Primo chuckle softly as he put a book back on a shelf.
Damn. I'm irritated! Gosh! Is this right? Should I be upset about what I saw?
I acted like I'm Primo's girlfriend, but I'm the one who said I don't have feelings for him!
Stupid Adela.
I turned my back on them and decided not to give him the cake. I don't want to anymore; I'm not in the mood.
When I left the library, Olivia had a big grin, but it disappeared when she saw my face.
"You didn't give it to him, did you? Did he get angry with you?" she asked, her eyes wide in surprise, but I shook my head, raising my two eyebrows in annoyance.
