Zen was shook. He stand there in disbelief. His master and training companion had just disappeared out of his sight. He stood there for what seemed like an eternity, rain fell, seasons changed but he stood there in disbelief, then, he finally got a hold of reality. He went out of the cave, seething. He looked for them everywhere. He went to the city, to the countryside, he went everywhere to find them, but to no avail. He then went back into the cave in which he trained, and train he did, for two years straight, hoping that they would somehow come back, hoping that he could feel wanted again. But no one came. He was distraught, destroyed, he hadn't a place to call home, nor a person he could call a friend. Then he realised what he truly wanted, he wanted revenge, revenge on the black faction for destroying his home, where he lived his whole life, the Blood Cult.
Zen spent the next three months practising his martial arts, casting spells and his Innate Kyon Technique, which was one of the last things Hyasu had taught him before disappearing. He had grown to a terrifying level of power. And so the day came, the day he had planned to completely destroy the black faction. He packed his sword and the staff, the last thing left to him by Hyasu, and he started running. In the direction of the Blood Cult. He ran so fast, it was difficult to see him. After only an hour he had reached his home, it was completely burnt down, the smell of blood infested it. He ventured in, jumped over the walls protecting the main building, which weren't burnt down since they were made of stone. He explored the place and, to his surprise, he found a few houses, which seemed newly made, in which lived people. He quickly hid. Then he looked, looked to see the survivors of his former home. And to his utter amazement, he saw his old master, old but he seemed to be strong. He wanted to meet his old master but refrained, he didn't want him to fall into anymore danger because of him. He stayed there a few more minutes and again started running. Now in a completely new direction. 'The Qi I felt that day, I can't forget it' he thought as he jumped off of a tree branch. After a few hours he had arrived close to a building, much like the sect he used to live in, however most things were painted black. And atop the gate stood a sign which read 'The Black Faction: Henan Branch'
