As Amelia opened the door, a sudden force struck her face, leaving her startled.
Annoyance grew within her, as it seemed like she couldn't catch a break from having an encounter with annoying people everywhere.
Turning around, she found Mrs. Johnson fuming with anger, like Amelia had just stolen something precious from her.
Meanwhile, Marcy observed the scene with a mischievous grin on her face. After Marcy's failed attempts to tell Mrs. Johnson about the voice in Amelia's room, she decided to conjure a story, claiming that Amelia had scared her to keep her away from Silva.
Now, all that was left was to sit back and enjoy the unfolding show with the two characters right before her.
Amelia was eager to know the truth behind Mrs. Johnson anger that made her react like that.
However, Amelia hesitated, not sure of how to start asking questions because looking at the situation it looks like Mrs. Johnson would scratch her face at anything she said.
Taking a deep breath, Amelia decided to find deal with the situation in a calm and composed manner, or maybe it was patience and understanding that would do the job of finding out the truth.
Amelia started thinking back to the things that happened before she left the house, but there was hardly anything as she did not even talk to anyone before leaving the house, so there was nothing that could point the situation and reason for Mrs Johnson anger.
Amelia hardly had any encounter with Mrs. Johnson over the past few days so that too was out of the list.
Everywhere Amelia thought of there was nothing to bring out of it. The puzzle pieces were scattered and was unable to piece together.
It was at that moment it suddenly struck Amelia as she remembered that she had a black hearted sister leaving with her.
Amelia clearly remembered Marcy's attempt to instigate Mrs. Johnson against Amalia on several occasions, there was no doubt that this was also her hand work too.
Sensing Amelia gaze on her, Marcy sent a smirk to her before turning back to her aggrieved face.
"Mum, please do not hit sister, it is not her fault." Marcy said looking down on her fingers playing with them though Marcy was pleading with Mrs. Johnson to stop, she really hoped that Amelia got hit the more.
As expected, Mrs Johnson did not pay heed to Marcy's words as she felt Marcy had suffered enough in the hands of Amelia and now it was time for Amelia to meet her retribution.
Since Amelia already figured out that it was all Marcy's doing she just looked at the panting Mrs Johnson with a lazy look in her eyes.
"I can not believe after warning you to stay away from Silva, you would go behind my back to scare your sister just so you could have him to yourself." Mrs Johnson yelled at Amelia but was even more angry after reading the unbothered expression on Amelia face.
"Look at you without no remorse at all, maybe you should be ousted out from the house that would teach you a lesson." Mrs Johnson said added with more incensed anger in her, it was only the heavens that held her back from beating Amelia to pulp.
Hearing the world ousted, Amelia who originally planned to force Marcy to talk say the truth stopped her plans, was this not what she wanted, to be ousted from the house so she could breathe freely.
"Okay." Amelia said simply contrary to the pleadings that was expected by Mrs. Johnson, seeing that Amelia still remained unfazed like it did not matter to her whether or not she was ousted out.
"Seems you are still so arrogant, then leave if you want leave!!" Mrs Johnson shouted out before falling back holding her chest with pain written in her expression she tried to grip something to reduce the impact of her fall.
"Mother!!" Marcy yelled springing up from the couch to catch Mrs Johnson but before she could Amelia had already caught her and barricaded her fall.
"Sister, this is all your fault, have angered mother to this situation." Marcy cried holding the fainted Mrs Johnson in her arms.
Mr Johnson who had been behind a pillar watching the whole thing came out of the place and frowned slightly seeing Mrs Johnson on the floor.
Mr Johnson reached out to Mrs Johnson and carried her carefully up the stairs and paused before reaching the first step.
"Make sure you are gone before I come back downstairs." Mr Johnson said coldly not bothering to look at Amelia at all.
"Sister can you please leave, I would talk on your behalf to mom and dad when they all calmed down but for now leave." Marcy said cleaning her tear stained eyes.
"Are you not tired of keeping that pretense all day? Your face may get wrinkled from crying too much as I can already see the signs." Amelia said causally before pushing Marcy aside heading to her room to pack her things without bothering to see Marcy reaction to her words.
Getting to the room, Amelia removed her traveling box from under the bed and removed clothes from the wardrobe stuffing them into the bag without arrange them properly.
Amelia knew she was not supposed to care about what the Johnsons do but there was the this preceding anger in her making her to feel like wrecking everything in her way.
Amelia instantly knew it was Amalia's residing feeling, poor girl is probably angry at Marcy for framing her to the extent of getting her ousted from the house but she herself was particularly happy about it, the only thing she was worried about was food, although she could cook simple dishes like Spaghetti and toast she was a pretty much bad cook and the Kitchen was not meant for her at all.
After successfully packing her bags up, Amelia headed downstairs and saw Marcy standing by the doorway looking at her, she was probably there to confirm if she was gone for real or was just going to use some farce.
