Nova headed to clean up Adam's room, glad to have a chance to work without any distractions. She found that she quite enjoyed the work, and she took her time cleaning every nook and cranny of the spacious room. Nova wiped down the closet handles, dusted the photo frames, and even took a moment to water the plants.
As she was in the middle of putting some books back on the bookshelf, Adam walked in, looking superb in his gym outfit. The sight caused Nova's heart to skip a beat, but she tried to ignore it, as she gets busy putting the final touches to the room. She was done with the task when Adam spoke up.
"Does my presence make you nervous, Nova?" Adam asked, walking up to her with an air of confidence that seemed to radiate off him.
Nova tried to play it cool, but she couldn't help but feel the heat creeping up to her cheeks. "No, Mr. Smith," she replied, sounding flustered. "I'm just finishing up your room."
Adam's lips curved into a sly smile as he stepped even closer to Nova, nearly trapping her between his body and the wall. "I think you like me," he said, his voice low and full of authority.
Nova couldn't deny it - Adam's handsome face, and sculpted body had such an impact on her. She felt weak at the knees with desire, and Adam knew it.

She winced in agony as she sat up, rubbing her ankle gently. It was swollen and throbbing, and she knew that she had sprained it badly. Nova tried to stand up, but the pain was too much, and she had to sit back down.
As she sat there, feeling helpless and alone, she wished that someone would come to her aid but she knew better.
