Evangeline grumbled, shoving her phone back inside her bag a little too forcefully as if she was throwing a tantrum.
Well, she was.
She hoped to chat with Klaus to keep herself occupied while waiting for the next professor to appear. But alas, his battery was dying, and he just had to forget to bring his power bank along on his camping trip.
Now, the In-Between turned again to my college classroom. However, this time, it was another classroom inside the building that merely looked like the replica of the school in my previous memory.
