Chapter 507 - CHAPTER 508: King Of The Undead

The Bone Dragon, held tightly by the Zombie King, knew it was all over when he heard Little Skeleton's voice.

A feeling of fear penetrated deep into his soul, as if it were locked in chains. This kind of evil energy made him completely petrified, so much so that he could no longer defend himself.

The bone dragon's monstrous body trembled. A hand pressed down on his neck with the weight of a mountain, a force he could not even dream of matching. Under this tremendous force, his entire body sank helplessly down, inch by inch.

As Han Shuo's consciousness was omnipresent, he could sense that it was Little Skeleton's hand that was holding the bone dragon down. An overwhelming aura of death gathered around him. Little Skeleton forced the Bone Dragon down from the air, leaving no room for the Bone Dragon to resist.

Having formed the Soul of Element and the Body of Element, Little Skeleton now possessed a power so brave that even Han Shuo was in disbelief. Even with his consciousness and physical body, Han Shuo couldn't be anywhere near as free as Little Skeleton was in the netherworld.

The aura of death was at its most intense and richest in the netherworld. After forming an Elemental Soul and an Elemental Body, Little Skeleton could use the Aura of Death to form all kinds of attacks when he pushed his powers to the limit. In the Netherworld, such powers were simply too overwhelming for a single being to possess. For this reason, Zombie King and the Bone Dragon didn't have the slightest chance to defend themselves.

Han Shuo had never really known the upper limits of Little Skeleton's true strength, and now, all he could be sure of was that Little Skeleton possessed demigod strength at the very least. After developing an elemental soul and an elemental body, Little Skeleton was only one step away from becoming an actual god. Suddenly, Han Shuo realised that he no longer had to worry about Little Skeleton in the netherworld.

Rumbling... With Little Skeleton constantly pressing on his neck, the Bone Dragon's huge body suddenly fell to the ground.

"I, I surrender, my king," the bone dragon finally said, trembling with the fear in his heart.

"Mighty Being, it is our true and final place to be under your leadership," the Zombie King hastily seized the opportunity to express his devotion. After having his soul restored by Little Skeleton, he used the aura of death found around him to restore his skin, which had been smashed by Little Skeleton, to its original state.

"Good. It would be a waste, since you have all evolved to such a high level. If your souls were to be destroyed, you would cease to exist," Little Skeleton said in a most imposing and dignified tone, letting go of the bony hand that was pressing on the Bone Dragon's neck.

Little Skeleton ran like a thunderbolt in front of the other bone dragon and arrived in front of him. This bone dragon had been the first to be attacked by Little Skeleton, and had broken several bones from the bone spur Little Skeleton wielded. Having barely escaped the last time, the Bone Dragon knew how useless it was to fight Little Skeleton.

What a pity. The mighty strength that Little Skeleton now possessed meant that he wouldn't be able to escape so easily, especially when the bone spur that Little Skeleton wielded was still lodged in the Bone Dragon's body.

A bright light streaked across the sky. Little Skeleton had arrived before the bone dragon could flee. Before the Bone Dragon could even react, Little Skeleton had grabbed the bone spur from the Bone Dragon's body. His purple demon eye glittered, and the bone spur in his hand began to rotate slowly. The Bone Dragon's skeleton began to disintegrate by the second as a creaking sound filled the air.

The bone dragon began to howl in agony. As it struggled in the air, it cried out, "Master, my great master, forgive me!"

Who would have thought, another cowardly character!

In the netherworld, only the fittest survived. When lower life forms encountered higher beings, they had only two choices - pledge allegiance or be sucked dry of their soul energy.

Since the dawn of their existence in the netherworld, lowly undead creatures had known how to survive in the face of higher creatures. When the bone dragon realised there was no escape, he knew in his heart the choice he had to make.

"Very well. Offer your soul and make a contract with me. From this day on, I will be your master and you will be my slave, until one of our souls is destroyed..." Little Skeleton stood in front of this bone dragon. He stretched out his hands to create a strange soul contract. An oval-shaped, bizarre magical mark instantly took shape between his hands.

After this soul contract was successfully used, the bone dragon hesitated for a moment before obediently surrendering his soul, which slowly fell into the magic brand between the skeleton's two hands. The other bone dragon and the Zombie King walked over from a short distance away. Without needing any instructions, they took the initiative and offered their souls, which also fell into the little skeleton's magic brand.

Three souls of extremely powerful undead creatures from the netherworld fell into the magic brand made by Little Skeleton one by one. At that moment, several waves of evil energy suddenly erupted from Little Skeleton's palms, while the Elemental Soul in Little Skeleton's skull slowly flew out and gradually wrapped around the magic brand.

Some kind of miraculous contract that even Han Shuo was unaware of suddenly materialised. Watching the interactions between the four souls, Han Shuo realised that Little Skeleton's soul had completely taken over the position of leader, not allowing the three creatures even the slightest bit of autonomy.

Gradually, Little Skeleton's elemental soul returned to his own skull. The souls of the three powerful beings in his two hands suddenly shot back into their respective bodies in three straight lines.

"Master!" The two bone dragons and the king zombie suddenly kowtowed at Little Skeleton's feet as they respectfully saluted Little Skeleton in unison.

The three mighty undead creatures, full of rage and fury, were unable to resist Little Skeleton, who had evolved into a new realm. They were all forced to sign a master-slave contract with Little Skeleton, swearing their eternal loyalty and devotion to him.

It had to be said that Little Skeleton had indeed left Han Shuo in increasing disbelief. When he remembered Little Skeleton's appearance when he helped Han Shuo take out the garbage every morning, Han Shuo's feelings were indescribable.

In just a few years, Han Shuo had gone from being a nobody doing odd jobs to a city lord in the Lancelot Empire, with a strength that was not inferior to that of a demigod. From a diminutive and useless low-level skeleton warrior, Little Skeleton had evolved to the point where he could force bone dragons and a Zombie King to submit and accept him as their master.

Sometimes life is just so unimaginable, so transformative and so magical!

"Very good. You three have been very tactful. Otherwise, your souls would have scattered and vanished by now, with every trace of your existence thoroughly erased," Little Skeleton told the truth as he looked at the three slaves he had just received crouching on the ground, brilliant rays radiating from his purple demon eye.

"Master, it is only by following behind you that we can progress. An existence as great as Master will surely provide us with even more expansive skies," the last bone dragon immediately licked his boots. He seemed to be a bright one.

Compared to the many lower undead creatures, these mighty beings belonged at the top of the pyramid. Not only did they possess terrifying strength, but their intelligence was also far above that of the lowly creatures. Considering that they had intelligently chosen to pledge allegiance to them, as well as offering those rather crude flatteries, there was no denying that they had great potential.

Awooo...

A deafening howl mixed with a hint of sinister energy suddenly erupted from Little Skeleton.

In an instant, all the undead creatures cowering on the ground as far as the eye could see stood up and stared at Little Skeleton on top of the giant mountain. They looked like soldiers waiting for their general to give orders.

Undead were very sensitive to rank. They had all been informed through their language that the three former kings had suddenly all sworn allegiance to Little Skeleton. By now, Little Skeleton, who had summoned them, had shown them all his own unparalleled power. These undead creatures were instinctively terrified.

"You three will continue to command your former subordinates. From today on, with this mountain as the centre, you will extend my territories to all the surrounding regions. If you encounter existences that you cannot conquer, report to me immediately. Little Skeleton was like the general of a magnificent army of thousands of men and horses as he began to methodically give orders to the forces he had received without breaking a sweat.

"As you wish, Master. We will spread your prestige to every corner of the netherworld," the three powerful undead creatures replied in unison.

"Good. Take your respective original subordinates and depart," Little Skeleton instructed, full of determination.

At Little Skeleton's command, the undead creatures who had rushed over like pilgrims slowly retreated from the mountain. The three high-level undead creatures who had come in anger once again became the masters of those who had betrayed them, preparing to lead them through the enemy lines and open up even more territory for Little Skeleton.

The summoning that Little Skeleton issued this time made all the undead creatures within several hundred miles realise one fact - Little Skeleton was the true king of the undead there.

After hibernating for a long time, when Little Skeleton reappeared this time, he returned with an astonishing demeanour. Han Shuo, who had been watching the whole event, suddenly realised that Little Skeleton had truly changed. Unwittingly, he had become a powerful being that could no longer be overlooked.

In the netherworld, Little Skeleton was the true emperor. All undead creatures were expected to crawl under his feet.

Han Shuo believed that Little Skeleton's existence was tantamount to having a monstrously large army of undead. The more powerful Little Skeleton became in the netherworld, the more power Han Shuo had at his disposal.

Seeing that Little Skeleton, who had started out as a mere accident, had grown to this stage, Han Shuo felt a deep sense of awe.
