Precious still had her hands covering her mouth, her eyes wide with disbelief as the girl before her grinned. The rain continued to pour down, but in that moment, Precious was too captivated by the unexpected presence of Morgan to feel the cold seeping through her.
"Morgan?" Precious exclaimed, her voice filled with shock and wonder. "How did you get here?" Her brain was still trying to process the surreal situation unfolding before her.
In response to Precious' question, Morgan shrugged half-heartedly with a mix of nervousness. The cold seemed to have no effect on her as she stood there, unfazed.
