It was clearly an unusual eye color for a human, so she wondered if this was another beast since she had seen the ones she knew alter their body parts, so having an odd eye color should be normal for them.

What Precious was unaware of was that her lack of fear was a great surprise to the man in front of her, more so than her surprise at finding a stranger on her balcony.
This caused a smile to form on the man's face, and while Precious didn't know a thing about the man in front of her, she knew he was certainly beautiful.
