WHERE AM I?
As I lost myself in thoughts about how to find the supposed half of my curse, my eyes met with Haru's, who wore a serious expression. A wave of concern washed over me, and I decided to ask what was going on.
"Do you remember the legend of the parallel world, Ray?" Haru asked with a mysterious tone. I nodded, recalling that famous legend that had spread throughout Europe.
"What if I told you it's all true?" His words echoed in my mind, deepening the confusion that already existed within me. Haru revealed that in the Supreme Church of London, there was a key capable of opening the doors to a completely different world from ours, where I could find the person destined to share half of my curse.
Though I was trying to process all this information, there was something about Haru that prevented me from doubting him. He had always been by my side in the quest for a cure to my curse. With a serious look, I asked, "I understood everything you said, but you didn't mention anything about how we'll get into the Supreme Church."
"Don't worry. Just follow me," he replied confidently.
I decided not to question Haru any further. Perhaps one of the things I couldn't do in this world was to distrust him. After all, he had been my loyal companion on this journey to find a cure for my curse. Haru moved forward with determined steps, and I could feel an aura of distress lingering around us. This distressing atmosphere only heightened my unease, but I continued to follow him.
As we walked, I noticed that we were getting closer to the church. Curiosity bubbled inside me, but I chose to trust Haru completely. He had always been my reliable guide, and this time wouldn't be any different. Haru stated, "This is the moment when everything in our lives will change."
His words echoed in my mind, further increasing my seriousness. I continued to accompany him until we reached the imposing church. There, I came face to face with a man with curly blond hair and sparkling green eyes. My mind began to wonder who this mysterious person could be. Before I could formulate a question, he simply said, "Follow me."
Entering that church made me question if I was truly prepared for what I was about to face. My heart beat erratically in my chest as my thoughts jumbled, making it difficult to grasp. An uncomfortable sensation began to creep over me, a somber premonition that whispered in my ears. However, I continued to move forward.
As we advanced through the church, I was amazed by the various images and the beauty that filled every corner of the sacred place. Every detail was a work of art, and my admiration grew with each step we took. However, ahead of us, I spotted a door that led to a basement. Curiosity consumed me, and I turned to ask Haru where that path would lead us.
"Wherever you want," he enigmatically replied. His response left me confused, but soon Haru opened the door to the basement with a silver key. Slowly, I walked towards the dark opening, eager to discover what awaited inside. However, before I could take more than a few steps, a hand gently rested on my back, and my vision was swallowed by darkness.
