My eyes slowly adjust to the darkness, and I find myself in a room I recognize but don't remember entering. It's my office–or at least it looks like it–but there's something different about it. There are strange shadows on the walls and an eerie chill in the air.
Suddenly, I hear a noise behind me: a soft whisper that sends a shiver down my spine. I turn around, and there it is, a dark figure lurking in the shadows. It's tall and thin, with glowing eyes and long claws.
My heart starts to race as the figure steps forward, its gaze never leaving mine. I know this creature means harm; I can feel it in my bones. I try to scream, but no sound comes out. All I can do is stand there, paralyzed with fear.
Then the creature moves closer and says one word: "Ally."
My name.
And then I wake up, drenched in a cold sweat.
