Charlotte tried hard not to react but her boss told her to get it. As they teased her. She went to the reception area as the receptionist, who was her friend, also teased her. She read the letter and it was indeed from Donovan.

Somehow it did something to her heart. It pounded like crazy and she never received such a beautiful arrangement of flowers and it wasn't in a vase but still in a pot. She looked at Chelsea who grinned and teased her more.
"Who is it from?" Chelsea peeked at the letter and pinched her sides. She laughed and shook her head. "Who is Donovan?"
"Someone I know." She just answered. "I have to go now." She went back to the office as they gaped at the pot.
"Wow, it's beautiful." Mr. Mendez said. "You should put it there." He pointed to the best spot for the indoor plant.
She put it there as she hid the letter.
