They went to his office. Lesley, who rarely goes there, was greeted by the security as their bodyguards led them to his office floor. She waited in the waiting area and sat down as she looked around. The office is fancy. Finally, Donovan came out from the conference room and she stood with a smile. He didn't see her there but when Jace told him, he turned his head to her and she beamed.
He strode fast to her as he reached her chin and was about to kiss her lips but she covered his mouth.
"No. You didn't have your breakfast and at least have some sandwich." She lifted the bag. "I made it for you and of course, it's clean." She winked. He took it and she smiled. "You have to heat it." She said and then, she lifted the luxury bag. "I like this one."
"Good." He reached her waist as he admired her beauty. She's wearing a beautiful dress that compliments her milky white skin. He wanted to nibble it and make love to her. Is she seducing him easily?
"Now, we are off to the mall." She tiptoed and kissed his chin. "Bye," She walked off as the bodyguards followed her. The directors gaped. It's the first time that they see Donovan getting intimate with a woman. Even though there was one who would consistently visit him and seduce him and she named herself as fiancee, they never saw Donovan kiss the woman or touch her. Another thing was him taking the thermal bag to his office was indeed new.
Jace followed him inside as Donovan quickly opened the bag and took out a sandwich from the zip bag. He didn't bother heating it as he quickly took a big bite. It tastes delicious with the right amount of vegetables and meat on it. He eats like a hungry caveman. Jace smiled and admired him for a while. He grinned while watching Donovan eat and not sharing it.
He took a bottle of water and placed it in front of Donovan.
"You need to start eating breakfast in the morning. You were groggy and irritated back there."
Donovan sniffled as he chewed his food.
"Did you file a leave form for her? Was it fifteen days?" Donovan asked.
"Yes, you already asked about that. Besides, she can't leave the office for long. She's too important." Jace answered.
Donovan stared at the food. He had eaten half of it and it was clean and perfectly layered.
"Can the boss provide someone who can do the same?"
"It will take so long and there were a lot of trainees who didn't stay long for a month. She and her partner were the best analysts. It's just a shame that they can't give a raise as they were contractors." Jace explained.
"I need to take her out of that company."
Jace sighed when he finally read whatever Donovan wanted to do with Charlotte. He wanted her to be himself and not share her. He's that possessive. He's afraid that he's getting obsessive about Charlotte. He provided everything that he could for her, but once Charlotte is back, he's sure that she'll push him away and it will make Donovan crazy.
"I think she likes her work."
"She works twelve hours a day and 72 hours a week. There are times that she doesn't want to take a break. I know everything about it. The current Agency doesn't give them a functional allowance as in the contract and I can't intervene with that." He grumbled.
"You can speak with the Country Manager." Jace shrugged.
"Can I? I think Charlotte doesn't like such things." He mumbled. Thinking that Charlotte might get angry at him made him feel anxious. He doesn't want her to be unhappy.
A first notification came to his phone as he smiled to see the small amount that she purchased.
"That was fast." He mumbled.
"We got a lot of things in our schedule today. You delayed too much." Jace said.
"What's the status of the people that kidnapped Lesley and Charlotte? I think I have to thank them, at least."
Jace frowned at him.
"For what?"
"For finding Autumn~~Charlotte I mean."
"You are getting obsessed. Donovan. Take a break."
"No," Donovan mumbled.
Stubborn. Jace was getting irritated at how stubborn he was.

Zoe had spent a lot on herself but she had thought of buying something for him that didn't come from her money. But then, she was in deep thought as she eyed the Maserati. It'll be nice to have one but it costs a lot. Plus addition of fees for maintenance to keep the engine perfect. She can't drive that kind of car. She didn't even have a house or a parking lot. That's why Charlotte works hard to earn money and pay for a down payment of what she can call home.
"Are you alright?" Lesley asked. "There's so much to buy."
"It's wrong to use your brother's card." She said,
"Hey, don't be a party popper. I will pay for everything you like, using my brother's card." She laughed evilly.
Zoe only smiled and they went to the Victoria's Secret section where Lesley was handing her sexy lingerie. She smiled and thought about Donovan. She wants to dominate him.
"Yoga pants." Lesley pointed. "These are good brands."
"Do you have a gym back at your house?"
"Oh, we do. I rarely use it. I'm more of a yoga person."
"I can teach you the basic dancing of tai chi. It's very relaxing." Zoe said as Lesley flushed and nodded her head.
"Yes! I do!" She held Zoe's hand and lifted it. "I can take you away from my brother if you want."
Zoe laughed and caressed her hair.
"I will seduce your brother, okay?"
"Oh, fine."
They went on shopping and their bodyguards held most of their paper bags. Next, they went to the cafe to eat whatever they wanted. Zoe had ordered a lot of food. Lesley noticed her appetite compared to Charlotte's. That's why Charlotte was so thin and Zoe wanted to increase her weight and fats as she planned to work out to gain muscles and to become stronger.
Shortly, they come back home and Zoe sleeps with Lesley in her room. She was happy and she watched Zoe sleep. Beautiful and everything was perfect. She sat up realizing that Donovan might give her away after some time. Mostly when their father forced them to marry someone else. She exhaled feeling depressed already. She didn't want that to happen. It looks like her brother liked Zoe so much.
Zoe rolled down and moaned. Then, she sat up and rubbed her eyes.
"I'm off to exercise a bit." She mumbled and left. When she went to her room, the clothes that she bought were already washed and put in the closet. She smiled as she put it on and headed to the gym.
She started light exercise and she went on tai chi. Correct breathing, correct poses, correct balance. She was busy doing it and didn't realize that Lesley was watching her. Then, she showed Lesley how to kick well. She kicked the punching bag and twirled around and perfectly landed on her feet.
"Wow!" Lesley clapped her hands. "You can kick my brother with that."
Zoe smiled proudly.
"Where did you learn that?" Lesley asked. Zoe froze a bit.
"Well, when I was a child. Probably four years old. I started training in martial arts. But it stopped somehow…" She mumbled.
Lesley wondered how Charlotte would learn that. But it's Zoe. At that time, she didn't know that Charlotte's split personally could change that much. She also hasn't met Autumn and Zoe hasn't told them about her. Nor to the psychiatrist.
"Wow!" A clap interrupted them and they all looked at the man in a casual outfit, two buttons open and then he was smiling beautifully at them. "That was awesome!"
"You," Zoe tilted her head. "Who are you again?"
"It's Doctor Blanche. You can call me Richard."
"Oh," She nodded her head.
"I wonder if Charlotte could do that," Richard asked.
"Sure, if she's not suicidal," Zoe said casually and kicked higher.
"I came here to check on Donovan's mood. How are you, Zoe?"
"It's not a session with me. So, don't ask a lot, Richard." She said casually and kicked another.
"Oh, sassy." Richard waved. "Have fun girls."
Zoe frowned at the door where the psychiatrist left. Then, she reached Lesley's hand and pulled her to the center.
"I'm going to teach you the basics." She said.
They were busy in the gym when Donovan knocked at them. Zoe turned around and beamed as she ran to him, jumped into him, and kissed him passionately. Lesley cringed upon seeing how his brother held Zoe's butt and squeezed it a bit. The two shared saliva and air and Lesley wanted to kick her brother until Richard came and covered his eyes.
"Oh! God!"
"I feel you," Lesley mumbled but Richard froze and stared at the couple.
"Wait, they are kissing tongue to tongue?" Richard crossed his arms full of curiosity. Donovan pulled away as Zoe got to her feet.
"I'll make dinner for you." She winked at him as Donovan grinned.
"That's great progress," Richard said as Donovan went to his study room with Richard.
Lesley wiped her sweat.
"Are you going to make dinner for my brother?"
"Of course, let's go and make dinner."
