Now we go back to the backyard of the Joshua and Margaret Aidoneus, who seem to find themselves in a rather... peculiar situation.
On one hand we see a dear wife and mother to two children, berating her loving (but reckless) husband on the ramifications of child endangerment with a rather scary looking expression.
While on the other hand we see her dear (battle maniac) husband trying to pacify her outburst and beside their feet's lie an unconscious six-year old knock out on the grass with a rather huge bump on his fore head.
[five minutes ago…]
After being hounded by Finn a gazillion times (about 10 times actually…), Joshua finally relented to the energetic six-year-old gremlin, which brings us to our current situation.
[FINN POV]
Taking hold of his sword, he gets into position before signaling Aunt Margaret to start the countdown, she obliges although a bit reluctant.
With her arm raised high, she took a deep breath before signaling the start of the match.

Finn observed Joshua's stance, one that looked rather lax and carefree but brimming with power, he circled around him to find an exploitable weakness but unsurprisingly found none.
'sheesh... the old man really doesn't let his guard down ever'
Tightening his grip on his sword, Finn dashed toward Joshua, Joshua observes this with a smile on his face. Then suddenly Finn, covers the distance between them in an instant, while swinging his sword for an overhead slice.
Joshua's eyes widened for a moment at the sudden burst of speed, before grinning and casually parrying Finn's sword away and thrusts his palm into Finn's causing Finn to kick it away and retreat backwards.
Joshua looked at Finn a bit baffled before checking his arm, a bit scratched but otherwise ok.
"Time out" Joshua says much to everyone's surprise. He then walks into the kitchen before coming back out with a wooden spoon.
"Ok let's continue where we left of shall we?"
Before Finn could react, Joshua had already landed a clean hit on his head. distracted by the pain
Joshua uses the opportunity to land two more strikes on his arms.
Tanking the blows and enduring the pain, Finn presses on with a stab to Joshua chest, trying to take full advantage of the closeness of his opponent.
Only for his strike to be parried to the side forcing Finn to throw a kick which causes Joshua to lean back and give Finn the opportunity to continue his onslaught, in the heat of the moment Finn's blue eyes flicker with a bit of life for a moment.
His muscles, strengthened, invigorated with life giving him a temporary edge against his opponent, or so he thought.
Joshua amused by the sudden increase in strength puts a bit more effort into the fight, grabbing Finn's arm midthrust and disarms him before kicking his sword away.
Finn throws a punch to Joshua's chest which he blocks, with determination Finn kicks Joshua in the knee forcing him to release him from his vice grip.
'Just according to plan'
While rolling away Finn picks up his sword and dashes towards Joshua who was already in position for a counter attack.
Much to the surprise of the onlookers, Finn throws his sword at Joshua. Before his eyes burn brighter and he flickers out of Joshua's view for a bit.
Only to flicker back and attack Joshua from behind!!!!
A look of shock dawn's on Joshua's face before a wide grin spread's on his face.
"You've gone beyond my expectations my boy!! But you've still got a long way to go!!!!"
In that moment Joshua used the wooden spoon to parry the sword with enough force to lodge into one of the unfortunate buildings nearby.
He presses on with a final clean overhead strike to the boy's head.

And with that our protagonist is down for the count….

[Present time…]
"JOSHUA!!! HOW COULD YOU DO THAT TO MY PRECIOUS BABY!!!"
Margaret asked no… DEMANDED, as she was cradling her the unconscious kid in her arms, while staring daggers at the cause: her husband.
Who was trying his best to calm her down, despite his claims that he didn't hit him with enough force to injure him (well that's a lie??).
Even in the midst of his acts to pacify her, Joshua noticed a crow leaving one of the neighboring buildings.
