The black rose garden that night was unusually dark.

'Is it truly going to rain?' Isla thought as she walked toward the center of the maze.

Isla quickened her pace, walking on top of the damp earth. Her eyes were full of worry when the wind started to howl.

"Don't rain tonight, please…"

Isla didn't want today to go even worse. After the return of that man, she didn't want to face him in the middle of a storm while Ava was there, six feet under, cold and alone.

When she arrived in the center of the maze, she saw the black tomb. She approached it and looked at her surroundings, standing there until her gaze stopped at the grave, frozen in place.

"Don't worry, Ava, I won't leave you alone. I will accompany you here tonight."

Isla smiled when the wind forced its way inside the maze, knocking over leaves and flowers.
