I reach the end of the hallway where a door is facing me. Two guards standing in front of the door. "Open it." I order. And they don't even take a minute to think about my order. Jadon had told them all to listen to my every word and obey my every command.
One of them pulls out the key to the door and unlocks it. For a world as advanced as this, you'd expect that their secret dungeon would have some sort of automatic lock.
But down here, everything is old-fashioned with a touch of magic.
