(The night Kiva awoke from her long slumber)
The more I think about it, the more I can't bear the thought of her marrying him. I still haven't been able to connect with her. How do I get her out of there? I want her. I won't let him have her. Kiva should be mine. She might love him now, but I'm certain I can convince her to love me instead. Why would she marry him! Why?
I'll steal her from there. I'll steal her from the palace and hide her away from him. In a place where it will be just the two of us.
But how do I do that? If I could connect with her, I'd have been able to make her open a door. But I'm sure His Majesty has done something! If not, why have I not been able to connect with her? There's something awfully strange about it this time around. It's almost like she doesn't exist in this world.
