I'm in a serious state of frenzy right now. Looking around me, I can see these things growling like they can't wait for Leonis to move away from me. Or they are simply strategizing and thinking of a way to destroy Leonis first and then have me.
What am I even talking about? They are beasts! They don't strategize! They just pound and destroy.
"Oh no my dear, the fun is just starting." He grins, "Quick, here's a trick." He says and takes my crossbow from me. "If you activate it with your blood, it just works like a normal crossbow." He says in a rush, "But when I do it, it becomes one with me." He hands it back to me, presses his finger on that sharp part that had pierced me the other day, and his blood drips onto it.
As soon as the blood starts circulating around the crossbow, unlike my blood that made it form a trigger, his blood causes the crossbow to begin to dismantle all on its own.
