"my gift?" he did not know that she prepared a gift for him. He was already grateful for everything she did.
"yes. What? You did not expect me to not give you a gift, did you?"
"you are here, that's the best gift ever" he said genuinely.
"too bad, I had a prepare a super gift for you" she said with a small sigh feigning sadness. Then she sent a thought to his mind. Eder's eyes widened. Wait! This was the gift?
"I won't say no to a gift coming from you" he smiled.
"though, you will have to be patient, my love. Just a bit more patient" she said with a taunting smile and then, straightened up. Leaving the man with his wild thoughts, she sipped her wine.
"I will be and I am sure it will be worth it." he said huskily in her ear. In truth he wanted to grab her now to have his gift but he had a particular plan for tonight that he wanted to accomplish first.
