Dahlia could not help but compare the house to him. On the outside the house looked beautiful, tall and proud but the inside was just empty and sad; just like its owner.
"do you like it?" Eder said from somewhere behind her. She did not turn to look at him but she answered.
"you advised me to make a re-looking for my office but you could make none for your house? Tsk" she scoffed.
"is it that bad?" he asked with a feigned hurt voice. She finally turned to look at him.
"they say a house is at the image of its owner. This.." she said waving her hand in the air, showing the house "is the proof of it"
Eder started walking towards her then he spoke when he was two feet away from her.
"how is my house then?" he asked, tilting his head to the side curiously.
"beautiful and enviable on the outside. Then empty, lonely and sad on the inside" she said looking around the house. She did not see the gleam that flashed in his silver eyes.
"so you mean, I am sad and lonely?" he asked.
