*chirp...chirp chirp.....
Morning came and the first ray of sunlight hit Jian's face making him wake up."Ughhh...aaaaaaaaaahhhh...
He stretched his arms, legs and body without even getting up from his bed, happiness written on his face. He didn't remember the last time he had slept so well, so he unconsciously reached for his phone, but didn't find it.
"What....where the hell...
He immediately jumped up and began to turn over the pillow and bed, until he remembered. He willed for the phone and it showed up in his left hand. Seeing it he released a sigh of relief. ' Man I almost had a heart attack, I thought I lost it , heh...' Jian smiled as he pushed the button to turn the screen on , but it didn't. He panicked once again as he thought it was broken, but as he pushed it for a while longer the phone turned on, a golden logo on its screen.
"Man, I'm going to die from a heart attack if this goes on, but why the he'll did it turn of. I'm sure I didn't do it." Jian scratched his head and tried to remember what he did last night, and besides playing the healing mantras, he didn't remember anything else. As he remembered that he also remembered that his head didn't hurt anymore, and he immediately touched the place where his sister hit him.
"Huhhh....no way...it's gone! It can't be..." The big bump on his head couldn't be felt anymore, but Jian couldn't believe it. Something like that didn't heal over several hours, and hebwas sure he didn't have any healing factors or anything like that. " So, that only leaves the mantras. I thought that they would at most keep those ghosts away as I looked for the medicine, but this...."
Jian was excited as he looked at his phone. He thought it was just going to be a glorified portable protective talisman, but now he had much more ideas on how to use it. He first looked at the battery percentage and found out it was less than 10 percent. He frowned at this as he had definitely left it at more than 70 percent last night.
'So this means that leaving the phone all night reciting mantras is not going to be possible. Dammit, I thought it was such a good idea. Still, it's not something I should l forget, there are options for this after all.' Jian pulled down a new window, and several options became visible. It was not something revolutionary, but only some basic functions of a phone; Battery, Flashlight, Bluetooth, Device, Sensors. It was familiar and somewhat strange to see the options on the phone, especially because except battery, everything else was grayed out. So Jian did the only thing he could and opened his battery status.
( Battery

Upgrades: Capacity, Charging Speed, Reverse Charging
Jian had seen this information for a long time, somewhat understanding what was written, but some still eluded him. He tapped on the Upgrades, then on the Charging Speed, but he was met with a warning.
You can't upgrade this option currently as your Battery Capacity is not enough.
If you still want to go through with the upgrade, then the phone will become inoperable until the upgrade happens.
Do you want to continue?
Yes! No!
Jian thought about it for a while and decided to not take any action. He wasn't in a hurry to upgrade any other of the phones functions, so he put those thoughts to the back of his head and then he went to eat his breakfast. Thankfully his sister today was in a good mood , so he enjoyed his meal in peace. The sound of chewing permeated through the room , until his sister decided to speak.
"So, Jian, now that you have settled your debt, what are you going to do? Are you going to continue to search for medical herbs?"
"I don't know." answered Jian as he slowly put his chopsticks on the table " I really haven't thought that far , but I don't think I'll continue with the looking for medical herbs."
"Oh, why is that? I think you can get quite a good sum of money from it. "
"Yeah, you're right, but those kinds of ingredients aren't that common, and it doesn't take much time to find then." nonchalantly said Jian as he knew not to kill the goose that laid the golden eggs. He could definitely harvest all the medical plants in the cemetery, but then there wouldn't be any left . He also didn't have to spend to much time to harvest them.
"You know, I've been thinking I also want to continue with the family business. Learning to blacksmith is in my blood after all, what do you say?"
