After that mess was handled everything seemed to calm down. It was getting chaotic but now everything seemed to be okay. Hana sighed as she felt bad for Kotta she wished she could appoint her to her team, Kanji as well but of course everybody else did not allow it. It was a group decision and they did not get the pass.
"Look at all this excitement The matches may be getting a bit out of hand but I hope everybody is enjoying it nevertheless, I have everything in the control it was surprising to see such powerful magic but now hopefully we can calm things down a bit and have some fantastic matches, now I'm glad to see everybody is still enjoying themselves." Ryon said as he took a deep breath before continuing "now with the next Match it will be Mahō vs Kazuo" Ryon said as both competitors would prepare themselves as they step forward and get ready for the match everybody was excited after the last two matches that happened.
"I've heard great things about you darling" Kazuo said
"Oh yeah, did most of them say that I was going to kick your freaking butt" Mahō said as she flipped through her deck of cards.
"Nah I just learned about your magic, and many more of the people of your kingdom I learned about them interesting they are so are you"
Kazuo said as he looked away.
"Okay you may know what I do but I'm unpredictable" Mahō said
"That's fine let's just get this started with" Kazuo said as he started to create and transform scraps of metal into a weapon a makeshift sword that split into two halves he held them tightly as he dashed at Mahō
"Oh you are coming right towards me interesting technique not very smart" Mahō said as she placed down a random card she then jumped into the air and was able to walk on the air using magic walk she smiled as she check a device on her arm and takes out her wand
"I placed my card face down and I end my turn" Mahō said as Kazuo was rather confused he kind of just sighed and dashed and pushed himself up trying to attack Mahō
"Oh so that's your turn I see, I activate my card let's see what I get" Mahō said as the card slowly flipped over revealing a skull and crossbones.
"What the hell is that little card going to do" Kazuo said as he transformed his swords into some kind of other contraption his magic was unique he was able to form and create different weapons he had a unique submagic that was from creation magic called construction magic.
The device he made was rather unique it started to glow and smoke as chains pulled from it it was some kind of chain-like blade constructed as it started to unite on fire and burst out loud contracting lava from it it was able to blast out magna shots that started to melt the ground as one came close to Mahō it would disappear as Mahō held out he ran she would smile
"Oh you don't understand I've already play some multiple traps around this area that can absorb and reject magic special technique I invented, My magical one now I'm going to use bone magic that I was granted hopefully you can handle it"
Mahō said as from the ground itself came large bones that started to form like giant spikes and then out of the thin air they crashed straight into Kazuo he was able to form a makeshift suit of armor to protect himself.
"Interesting darling now you can use bone magic," Kazuo said.
"The bones are sharp, this one's a personal favorite of mine now Will you join me for some tea" Mahō said as she was very chill about this fight she was honesty under complete control and she was having fun as she pulled out a small cup of tea from her hat and started drinking it she did not let her emotions get to her she was calm as can be and was still focused on the match as she knew she had the upper hand at this point.
"What the hell are you doing take this shit seriously" Kazuo said as he dashed upwards trying to attack Mahō
"I am taking this very seriously. That's why I'm drinking tea" Mahō said as his eyes glowed red.
"What the hell was in that tea"
Kazuo said.
"You see kind sir The rules are simple practice your magic use everything at your disposal, this includes weapons and potions I've been doing a lot of brewing, and I've just taken a new potion I invented a speed flux potion hopefully it works I need to test everything I can do as you should as well this isn't quite a match you see, that's why even through darling little Kotta, bless her beautiful little heart, one her match she did not get in a squad there was no elegant control over her ability you must take things slow if you rush you're never truly know your potential calm yourself and let your emotions set your pace" Mahō said as she smiled brightly.
Ryon would smile and speak to some of the leaders quietly
"I'm surprised one of them figured it out," Ryon said to the leaders as the others would also whisper among themselves.
"Wait a second you, you might be right what the hell it's not about how we fight it's about how we show off what we can do I understand and it's with the control we use it" Kazuo said as he started to create all kinds of small gadgets and gizmos like a small magic based rocket that blasted towards Mahō a small magic stopping net that he threw at her that she was able to cut through easily, he then created small boots that blasted towards Mahō and forced themselves on her forcing her to land on the ground.
"Interesting device. I see your technique, you will be a true tech based magician."
Mahō said as she stepped forward and placed a card on the boots that made the boots disappear.
"Your skills are whether unique too but you're holding back surprisingly a lot interesting You're just showing off what you need to show off" Kazuo said as he started to create even more small gadgets that blasted forward a rocket that turned into a met that was able to grab Mahō however she was a le to avoid being truly caught up as only her left arm was caught up in this she simply stuck her arm into her hat making it disappear for a second and the net vanished as well.
"Man, you need to sell these things," Mahō said as she giggled. She then looks away and nods as she sticks out her wand and blasts it right at Kazuo.
He was unable to dodge as he created a couple of more devices that were pretty unique in different armor sets. His magic was very cool, but he was unfortunately hit by the blast that Mahō made by placing a card on her wand and then releasing it turning Kazuo into a chibi.
"What the hell did you do to me" Kazuo said In a squeaky voice.
"I used the trump card however for the meanwhile it took away one of my eyeballs it will come back eventually I don't like doing my Trump cards I have other ones that are way worse and I don't like talking about personally but I like to show off at least one, now it can it be the end of match without my other eye it's hard to see" Mahō said as she would sit down.
"No way I didn't get to show off all I wanted to do," Kazuo said.
"You showed off plenty Don't worry I'm sure you did great I know you did in fact, but both of y'all in this kind of state it would be very unfair to continue" Ryon said.
"Yes sir…" Kazuo said as he sighed
When that match ended The squad leader started talking to each other and trying to figure out what they should do. The conversation went on for quite a bit until one of the leaders stepped forward, this was Oliver from the jadestars.
"Well if you're quite knowledgeable intellect Mr Kazuo I think you would be best on my squad truly if that's okay with you" Oliver said.
"Yes sir, it would be an honor" Kazuo said as he smiled. After he walked up and sat back down another leader came up this was Nora from the blood hawks she smiled and then spoke
"I like your tenacity kid you didn't just fight recklessly you knew and assist the situation you knew that fighting wasn't truly a little anything that you had to do you had to show off your magic potential with that I think he would make a great addition to my squad please accept this invitation" Nora said as Mahō smiled
"I would have loved to join thank you so much," Mahō said as she nodded.
