Zachery looked at the status panel and asked Alexa to listen to the reports and fill him in. Alexa grumbled but agreed.
Zachery fiddled with the status panel while clicking the search box that appeared right below the notification that indicated to search any attribute.
He typed 'Physical Prowess,' and a loading screen appeared for a few seconds before disappearing.

Zachery nodded, knowing that this was doable with his technology, but what he was about to do next made even Zachery uncomfortable.
He proceeded to the search box and typed 'Loyalty'...

[Level 3 signifies a bond that is close to their kin. They are people that you should keep the person to your side, close.]
What made Zachery uneasy was not that he could see the other party's loyalty, but that he could practically level up the other party's loyalty with a boatload of EXP points.
By the name of EXP points, following the war in which he and his warriors slaughtered about 10,000 soldiers with his 5,000.
The death of 10,000 would very certainly throw his EXP points over the ceiling.
Zachery broke his gaze away from Arthur and looked at his status panel.

Zachery nodded, content with the reward he has received from this conflict. He gazed around the throne room, where there was a heavy silence that appeared to blanket every official's face.
Their emotions softened when they gazed at Zachery. Even though their empire was but a shell, they had a ruler who defied all logic. Nessa had also arrived with her entourage by this point.
Her maids had crimson eyes that shone brightly, although not to the extent that Nessa's did. Alex acknowledged Nessa's presence with a nod. She sat on the queen's throne, which was beside him.
Many were dissatisfied with Nessa's presence when they witnessed Dracon Empire being opportunistic. But they didn't say anything because they were dealing with sensitive times, and Zachery gave a sigh of relief seeing he didn't have to deal with another drama.
This world was not afraid of giving women prominent responsibilities because they could grasp authority and had power that rivaled men's.
Zachery slouched slightly and positioned his right leg on top of his left leg. He mysteriously smiled at his gloomy generals. He didn't know how, but Zachery was certain that he would find a method to strengthen his ranks and build an army that would shock the entire Vertiperia.
Criteria was flanked by two continents. One was Recktia, and the other was Mercia. Previously, these three continents formed a single powerful Union with unparalleled might.
But, like the Leon Empire, when their monarch died, they fought amongst themselves and divided their strength in this manner.
The name of the three continents' empire was Vertiperia, therefore it became the title of the three continents.
When Nessa watched Zachery's behaviour, she was perplexed. His dominion is in this state, and this fellow has time to slouch?
Zachery read over the list of items he could level up. Alexa wasn't lying when she indicated his system was malfunctioning.
Things illusive like fate or luck might be leveled up with his technology, for a charge, of course.
Zachery begged Alexa for help because he had scrolled and there were so many things that could be upgraded that he was completely bewildered without good advice.
[Zachery, Zachery, what would you do if you didn't have me? Tsk, tsk, tsk, tsk, tsk, tsk,] Zachery smiled as his trusty encyclopedia did her thing with a little flattery, and Alexa clicked her tongue when he took over control of the system and looked for a certain title.
He didn't say it out, but he appreciated Alexa's enthusiasm in his otherwise drab and colorless life.

Zachery was perplexed for a few seconds, not understanding why Alexa would place this thing in front of him, but he quickly realized when he re-read it. When Zachery saw the words 'Evil Spirits,' he immediately thought of undead ghosts.
But may it have had a different connotation in this context?
Mutant Warriors always had a high fatality rate because the beast spirit they absorbed caused internal damage that was devastating during a breakthrough, where perfect concentration was necessary.
What did bad spirits actually mean? They meant ghosts with bad intentions towards you.
Beast spirits were always tough to deal with since they were difficult to tame when mutant warriors attempted to control them.
Zachery was well aware of the problem; in fact, he had created spirit techniques that made them easier to control. Zachery intended to use this but lacked the technical support and expertise to build it.
It would take at least 20 years for Zachery to perfect the method if he were to bunker himself within a room.
Zachery was normally not willing.
Each year would equal an hour on his world, giving him a total of 12 years to unify the entire Vertiperia so that he could at least be on standing power to wage war with the true adversary of this world.
