Ever since Cat was brought to the De Santi mansion, he has been spending most of his time with her. He hasn't been moving an inch unless absolutely necessary, and he has been handling syndicate matters
First, he got rid of all of Valentino's remaining followers. Unlike when he found a reason to kill off the Bianchi father and son, this time he simply told them they would no longer be considered De Santis for betrayal.
It caused quite a stir, and if anyone else was making such a move, it would likely backfire on them. But this is Will, and he was in his worst mood. Even if he made the apocalypse happen, he would find a way to steady it.
