....

In a faraway universe, one where all of the problems started for Adam, the overly noisy heaven was now shrouded in solemn silence as they did not expect his visit.

"First you come here without a heads-up then you stand there scratching your ear for a minute straight… What do you want?" The Goddess of Sex and Fertility frowned but she was nervous inside.

"It is not like I wanted to come here you know?" Adam sighed. It is not like he tried to create a threatening atmosphere, but it just happened.

It couldn't be helped, as he had seen many terrifying practices in this universe and nearly became a victim along the way, so it was a reflexive action. But leaving that aside, Adam needed to complete his task, only that way he could leave quickly.

"I need you to do something for me." His words straight like an arrow, created some confusion for the listener. The request was sudden and he asked it of the highest deity of the universe, it can be considered a big favor but not in his eyes.

"W-What do you need me to do?" Because she wouldn't deny his request, no one wanted to find out what he would do next including her. And he knew of it so he continued without beating round the bush.

"You know of the Halflings, right?" She nodded at his question.

It would be strange if she did not know of them, the Halflings were a product that came about with an outsider and a native of the mortal world mating.

After death, the native of this universe becomes a tree, and the fruits that they bear become children—depending on the number of times they have done the deed in their lifetime—that is how things have been structured. But with the outside interference, the structure collapses as there is an imbalance in the formula—thus a Halfling is born from the tree.

From the view of The Goddess of Sex and Fertility they were but an eyesore, but to the general populace they are taken in with great joy. Because Halflings are born with a mutation, they do not have anything down there. So, they are popular as sex slaves in the world below—used for teaching purposes in many Mortal/Beast tribes—but mostly for sadistic pleasures.

And thanks to a certain Demon King, their population skyrocketed in the two hundred years his reign lasted.

"Where are you going with this?" The Goddess asked. If it was Adam talking about this, then there was no way it would be anything good.

Did he want her to eradicate them because he was still furious about their trap that nearly got him? Or has his hate for the Demon King still not died contrary to her belief, which is why he just wants to erase his marks from the world but more thoroughly this time?

But it wasn't anything of what she had guessed, far from erasing them he wanted to use that race to his advantage.

"I have some souls that I need you to take care of…" He winked and she was wide-eyed. Rather than his words, his behavior is what shook her to the core.

"Y-You…" But there was no time for that now, the last time he came Adam simply dropped that outsider into the world without a word.

It was a miracle—or the fear of his name—that nothing happened with that rude move made without letting anyone know, even then she did not say anything and no one else had the balls to do so. But this was different, if she introduced too many Halflings into the world then it would become a problem.

The mortals below really enjoyed the Halflings because there was no fear of retaliation, and this would lead to them leaving their normal partners for the submissive ones.

This resulted in a drop in the population and faith of other Gods—gathered by praying or performing acts in the corresponding domains of the Deities—while she will be buffed by this. They wouldn't take it lying down as it would weaken them, the lower gods may even lose their divinity completely losing their followers.

"H-How many are there?" But this depended on the number of souls he had.

'I don't know… just looking at him makes me weak… No, you have to be strong Nore!' She coughed a few times as Adam seemed to thinking about it. He had to look through the numbers and sort them out based on future crimes

"There are about 600 million souls that I need you to take care of," He said after taking it all into account, he only included the ones that disgusted him the most.

"…" Her eyes widened to the size of saucers. That was impossible but he wasn't stopping just there.

"You need to keep their previous life's information and personality intact, also there needs to be some changes made to them as well."

"Wait! Wait! There are other conditions on top of that?!" Nore was shocked to the core, this was way beyond her pay grade and even if it wasn't she wouldn't want to do this.

These were souls from another universe he was talking about. There were many intricate laws and methods in place that would get in the way. And bypassing them for over 600 million people without any loss of memory or personality was not possible, but to her surprise, he tilted his head in confusion.

"I have already taken care of that part, all you need to do is put them into the bodies of the Halflings. If you want I can even transfer the divinity needed for this, you know how pure my divinity is so it will also strengthen you." He already knew of her limits and prepared everything that was needed in advance. In the end, this was his own doing so he wouldn't want her to take a loss.

"No, if you give me your divinity t-then... leaving that aside what happened? Why are you doing this? W-what's up with these souls?" She knew that they had ticked Adam off in some way, but in what way? Nore only knew of one way to tick him off, but even that wouldn't make him go this far. So, what did these people do for him to come here and ask a favor of her of all people?

"No need to worry. Just know that they were judged appropriately for their crimes." His smile sent chills down her spine.

These people ticked him off alright. Adam didn't like to assume his duties as the judge, but when he did it would be the worst thing imaginable. Many would attest to that, as they are still suffering through their sentence.

In this case, he was about to turn humans from another world—with their memories and personality intact—into Halflings. A race that was taken advantage of worldwide and had no rights, this wasn't going to be pretty for them. Born with the mutation they will have weaker bodies and lower magical capabilities than average, there was no hope of them ever getting out of their position.

There was a saying in the lower realm: Halflings are born as slaves. Both figuratively and literally as they are collared at birth, the worst part is that their lifespan is twice as long compared to the normal human populace(~200 years) which did nothing but increase their suffering.

"So, what do you say?" Adam asked.

To Nore, this didn't seem like a question, and it was true. Adam was not asking her, he wanted her to do this. So, there was no way out of this, she would have to help him to make up for her previous mistakes.

"…Well, if you have gone through so much trouble I guess I can lend you a hand." Nore had no other option, really there was nothing she could do but agree.

"Thanks for that, also is there a specific type of divinity you would need for that?" He asked. Adam had agreed to take the cost of this task and transfer the divinity to her.

"Type of Divinity?" Nore didn't expect that curveball.

'Don't tell me he can already…?'
