Karl woke up. He immediately freshened up. He spread out his divine sense and disappeared.
He appeared in the kitchen. He pulled out meat from his storage ring. He searched for the ingredients and started preparing.
He cut the vegetables. Set fire. He roasted the meat slightly. It gave off an intoxicating aroma which filled the room.
He turned to the source pan and put cooking oil. Getting ready, he put the onions.
He removed the meat and chopped it. After he threw it in the source pan. He added the vegetables.
The aroma spread through out the kitchen. His life in the forest though short, helped him increase his cooking skills.
After sometime, he carried the meal to the dining room. He arranged the ditches for two people but he couldn't see her anywhere.
He ate quietly lost in thoughts. Now he was going to live a life of constant risks. He was now going to face the supernatural world head-on.
Along the way there will be bound to be enemies. If he wasn't careful enough, he would have scored himself 4 heirs as enemies.
Now that he thought about it, his features were unique. The silver hair and golden eyes. He would easily be traced.
The Empress appeared in the room. Karl who was lost in thoughts failed to notice.
She spotted a second plate at the table. The room was filled with a strong aroma. Curious. She approached and sat down gracefully. She took a bite.
'Huh?'
She glanced at him in surprise. She never expected him to be this good at cooking. The meat was sweet and tender.
'This is definitely that bear. His quite savage indeed.'
Karl spotted her figure and sighed. He hadn't noticed her untill now. Though his senses sharpened greatly, it would be a miracle to detect such a figure.
"I will be leaving today. I can't be gone for a long time."
'Haa..Luxuria and Mizuki will go on a rampage. As for the University, Professor Catherine will try to cover up my absence.'
"That's good cause those humans outside are restless they want to get their hands on the big. Do you have any plans of how to leave?" She asked enjoying the meal.
'Now that his in the Emperor rank, it's easy for him to escape. That old man is also at the same level plus some butlers. But the problem will be those hiding in the void.'
She wanted to hear his plans first, then decide after. Those outside although powerful to him, they were just ants in her eyes.
From his estimation, contacting Sheila needed him to first leave this dimension but he new there was an ambush waiting for him.
They are heirs of the fucking strongest families in America. How could they let him 'run' with 'their' property.
"All my plans can only work after I leave this dimension. But the problem is I don't know what surpise they have in store for me to uncover."
She looked at him. She was able to glimpse into his memories. She naturally knew about Sheila. This surprised her greatly.
All those around him were really unique in their own way. Though she couldn't see all his memories as they were blured out of her reach.
This meant there was an entity far greater than her guarding him.
Her assumption was right as Amelithea let her see some parts of his memories. It was also a test of character but surprisingly the Empress simply ended at that.
"Okay, I will teleport you away to a further place from here. You will be helpless against those outside. But before that-" She waved her hand and a golden sword appeared. It looked the same as Nemisis but it was just a Rank 3 weapon.
" This sword is the exact copy of Nemisis but its only a Rank 3 with a developing consciousness. It also has divine energy as you see. This is the very weapon everyone came looking for. Though its inferior to Nemisis, its very powerful. Even stronger than the black sword I gave you which is a Rank 4. You can show it to 'her' when you meet. As for Nemisis, never reveal her unless necessary. This is for your own good."
Nemisis appeared before him and he subconsciously caught it. The sword vibrated and the symbol on his chest shone.
"Being such a powerful weapon, she naturally has her own dimension. It is this whole place you see. It's one of the reasons I couldn't live in peace for who knows how long. Many Gods and Goddesses wanted to take her away. So imagine what will happen if humans find out. Some things have to kept a secret no matter what."
He immediately caught on her message. It's not like Sheila requested for Nemisis but a Rank 3 sword so his part of the deal will be done.
"You can rest assured. Her interest was in this Rank 3 weapon anyway. The only problem is how to move this place from the forest."
Snap. Swoosh.
Karl looked around as they appeared in the city. This was very far from the forest. He turned towards the Azure robed Goddess.
The sword symbol on their chests shone brightly. Suddenly he felt an attachment to something. It was linked to his soul.
"Come to think about it, it's like couples sharing property. Haa.."
"Do you have any last words, brat."
He turned slightly as a sword was around his neck.
"Being killed by a beauty is an honour but I think I will pass."
She snorted and the sword disappeared.
"The entrance is now connected to you as you have felt. Am sure the place is in chaos. What now?"
"I think we should book a room in the hotel right now." He said with a serious expression on his face. But it was broken by a cold metal on his neck.
"What did you say brat." She asked in a cold voice.
'What is wrong with that...Ooh...'
"Sorry there is a misunderstanding here. I will be booking a room for both of us let's hope you are fine with that."
Seeing that he didn't think anything impure she sighed.
"You should correct your speech. You might die without knowing."
"I will try."
They descended in an hallway which was less crowded. It was night time.
"They best hotel the better. It won't be a problem."
They walked for sometime. He spotted a 5 star hotel. From the start, they were attracting too much attention.
Many people stopped what they were doing and focused on them. They pulled out their phones to takes pics.
Seeing this, Karl acted but she was faster. Strong wind blew and knocked down the phones.
The people couldn't be blamed. He was very handsome to be called 'human'. Though they couldn't see her face, she presence naturally demanded attention.
Up until now, even he didn't know how she looked like exactly. Her features were blured.
They quickly left.
