"The person who you are accusing is not the problem. You are the source of your own difficulty. No harm was caused by humans to our ancestors, and consequently, no harm was caused by humans to us.
I was filled with admiration for the man with the pointing ear because he was willing to stand up for the humans no matter what. I was a human being, and even though he was being ridiculed and ignored in order to get him to stop talking and leave the stage, he continued to advocate on my behalf.
I took a quick glance at the council member who was standing next to the man with the pointing ear and swallowed. Why was he being so hushed?
Why was he not among those shouting?
Why didn't he tell the man with the pointing ear to go back to where he was sitting?
