From within its throat, a swirling vortex of earthen energy gathered, forming a deadly projectile. The creature unleashed this projectile, an Earth Arrow, which sped toward Kane with surprising velocity, despite its massive form. The Earth Arrow was a ferocious torrent of stone and soil, propelled by the creature's formidable power.
Kane blocked the attack with his sword, but the weapon vibrated for a while, the sheer weight of the attack sure was something else. When the monster prepared to attack again, Kane used Fireball and the projectile exploded before being fired. The head made the beast flinch and Kane used that chance to charge.
