Kane wasn't good at making things, so it took a while before he managed to make something like leather armor that actually helped him instead of getting on the way. Still, he had plenty of material to use, so the mistakes that he made didn't bother him at all.
Three days later, he finished the leather armor, but it wasn't like he needed it to face the monsters in the area. Since he practiced some throwing techniques, he was able to killed the monsters from a distance that left the lake and hunting them was quite easy, he just had to drop some blood on the lake and they would come crawling like crazy.
"Now, I just wait to get stronger and keep hunting monsters?" Kane thought. "I don't think that the second evolution will be enough to deal with the human hero…"
