Chapter 96 - Zerstörer and Sekito

Stepping out in Nautilus again was a huge relief but also a little petrifying. It was nostalgic to be back with the whole crew but we were only here because our days were numbered. It was like having a final exam, you are happy that you don't need to study anymore but you are also nervous that you got the final hurdle in front of you.

I strapped the collar around Sekito's neck. She started to react violently to it. The usual calm and stoic Aeon of Serenity started to grunt and moan as she felt the energy of breakage break down her body, restricting her aeon.

Her eyes were squinted and she was breathing heavily as if she had run a mile. Saliva was dripping from the corner of her cheek and she struggled to maintain balance.

"Ready to go Devina."

"Hurry up with this please sister."

We both were teleported to the mansion where I was earlier. The one where Viego hosted some sort of tea party with Zyo and Zestörer.

As if he was expecting us, he had already ordered someone to be on standby at his door to open it for us. I carefully nudged Sekito forward, she squealed as I touched her.

Was she really this sensitive with that collar on? She had this depressed attitude. She wasn't walking straight and she kept her head down.

The maids led us towards a pool behind the estate. It was a gigantic pool as if it was a lake itself. There was something in the water creating giant ripples. It was as if a giant fish was swimming around. But as the maids called out his name, he leapt out of the water like a dolphin. Zerstörer was wearing those orange beach shorts again.

As soon as Sekito saw him, she twisted her head in disgust before squinting her eyes towards me with a mean look.

With wet heavy steps, Zerstörer walked up towards us. He reached out his muscular hand and lifted Sekito's chin, he turned her head towards him.

Sekito stared defiantly into his eyes. Zerstörer started to walk around her in a circle running his finger around the collar around her neck.

She shivered as she felt the cold touch of breakage on her body.

"A promise is a promise Zerstörer, release the curse on my sister."

He didn't say anything and just sat down on one of his lawn chairs, patting his lap while cheerfully looking at Sekito.

Sekito gritted her teeth while giving him a fake smile. She was in front of him and he gave her the go-ahead and she slowly and stiffly lowered herself down. Her face screamed "Save me!", Zerstörer started to rub her head telling her that she was a good girl.

That was the breaking point, Sekito couldn't hold in her frustration anymore. She stood up from his lap and slapped him right across his face. He didn't seem concerned about her antics.

"This is why I hate you! You are such a womanizer, why is it that you want to take me so bad?"

Sekito had finally lost it, she was flaming and saying all types of things to Zerstörer. He just sat there not caring about anything.

"I love you, I want you."

Zerstörer stood up and caressed her cheek.

"Don't touch me."

She swatted his hand away before turning around and crossing her arms.

"Playing hard to get, so like your style Sekito."

He wrapped his arms around her waist hugging her.

Sekito caught off guard and being sensitive squeaked before trying to push him away to no avail.

"Zerstörer, your contract, I have brought you Sekito, release my sister."

He looked up from Sekito's hair. Releasing Sekito, she fell to her knees whilst Zerstörer approached me.

The overwhelming size difference made me look like an ant in front of him. He towered over me like a giant wall.

"The contract hasn't been completed yet."

"What?"

"That cheeky brat didn't tell you?"

What did Devina keep secret from me? Why hasn't the contract been completed yet? That time she went and got a contract what other terms did she put?

I was too deep in thought trying to think of what Devina could have added but then Zerstörer bent over and whispered into my ear.

"You too will become mine."

"What?!?"

"For me to release the curse on your sister, I need you and Sekito to put on these collars of breakage."

He snapped his fingers and the maids brought out another pair of collars on a tray.

I finally got why Devina wanted me to go to Dragonspine and meet the Silver Saint. She knew that the Aeon of Breakage wouldn't be naïve enough to let go of such an opportunity. He would be cocky and ask for more.

This collar would completely negate my Aeonic powers but the silver inside my body wouldn't be deactivated.

I smiled realizing Devina's plan. I took ahold of the collar, and for a moment the Aeon of Freedom lit up trying to restrain me from imprisoning myself but knowing it wouldn't completely halt my freedom, I forced it around my neck and snapped it in.

The mark dissipated from my cheek and I felt the feeling of my Aeon being restrained in my body. It was like a sharp pulsing feeling that emanated from my stomach. I let out a loud groan before breathing heavily. Without the Aeon of Freedom, I felt the pain, the feeling of being human.

If I was like this from the beginning would you have healed me without thinking about it Alicia?

"Nice Nice! Very strong resolve you got there!"

Zerstörer applauded for me before giving me a pat on my shoulder.

"There the curse on your sister has been undone."

Hunched over he didn't see my face, he thought he had completely destroyed me. That I had sacrificed everything for family, the thought of winning over an aeon made him feel high and mighty. Devina signalled me the go-ahead with an earpiece and from my hunched-over position the pool suddenly became a misty place full of glitter in the air.

"What is this?"

**From a distance**

"I wish for location transfer", Aylin teleported Sekito to them and Devina skillfully removed her collar.

He turned around to see Sekito missing before angrily yelling out to Devina.

"DEVINA!!! YOU BRAT!"

"Freeze."
