My heart raced faster like it wanted to jump out of my chest, I was so scared I increased my pace. The person in question ran towards me, he was so fast that he got in front of me quickly.
"Who are you?" I growled at him angrily even though I was unable to get hold of my wolf, at least, my loud growl would scare him. Him. I thought.
"Hey, hold it, girlie" He grinned at me, giving me a malicious stare.
I didn't like how he looked as if he wanted to devour me. Unfortunately, he was a vampire, a full-blooded one at that. His pale skin matched the shiny moonlight, there were spiral veins on his neck, connected to his chest. He left a few buttons of his T-shirt open.
"What do you want?"
"Why? Do you want to attack me?" I yelled at him.
"Not at all, I'm only here to give you an offer. Something you won't regret" he said,
"What fucking offer is that?"
"It's just a simple task, Audrey Lane," he said,
"How did you know my name?" I asked him curiously.
