Chapter 11 - Brought a new house

Now an adult, Indu relied on the income generated from her YouTube channel to support her college education.

Upon starting college, Indu befriended Rani on the first day, and they mutually agreed to share the hostel fees. Fortunately, Indu had received a full scholarship for her studies by achieving a perfect score in the entrance exam, which covered her tuition fees. However, she still needed to pay for her hostel accommodation.

Indu contributed 60% of the hostel fee, while Rani paid 30%. Regrettably, Rani utilized Indu's hard-earned money to purchase her own belongings. Furthermore, Rani discouraged Indu from interacting with others and helping them, claiming it was for her own benefit. Naively trusting Rani's intentions, Indu complied. It's worth noting that the college they attended was exclusively for girls.

Their chosen field of study was arts, with subjects including History, Hindi, Political Science, and English. Rani consistently relied on Indu to complete her academic tasks.

However, the circumstances have changed, as the protagonist finds herself in Indu's body.

Upon waking up, Indu promptly secured a new residence located one kilometer away from the college. She informed the superintendent about withdrawing from the hostel, and the lady agreed, inquiring if Indu would still cover Rani's 60% share of the hostel fee. Indu responded, "Ma'am, I won't be paying that 60% anymore. Rani informed me that she would handle her own fees."

Indu approached Rani and explained, "Rani, I have purchased a house for myself outside the college, so I won't be staying here anymore. You need to take responsibility for your own fees." Rani was taken aback by this unexpected news and questioned Indu about her decision. Indu clarified that she no longer wished to maintain their friendship if it meant being used by Rani.

Rani retorted, "When did I use you?" Indu, with a surprised expression, responded, "Wow! You're saying this? You consistently utilized my money to buy unnecessary items and prevented me from socializing with others. Yesterday, you weren't even pleased with me sharing the same sleeping quarters as you. Now, you're acting pitiful." After expressing her thoughts, Indu collected her belongings and left. Rani had always believed she could manipulate Indu and use her at her own convenience, but now, those illusions had shattered like fragile glass beads.

Indu's new house consisted of a main living room and five connected rooms. She designated the rooms as 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. Room number 1 served as the kitchen, room number 2 as the study room, room number 3 as the storage room, room number 4 as the bedroom, and room number 5 as the bathroom. The single-story building was painted in a pleasing shade of blue, and Indu was content with her new home. She began moving her belongings into the house. Upon learning about her new residence, her uncle and aunt hurriedly arrived, expressing their desire to see it.

Indu stood firm in her decision and refused to allow her uncle and aunt entry into her new house.
