SEASON 2 CHAPTER SIX
In a grand mansion, the esteemed goddess Coral has sent out a message to her fellow gods to convene at her abode. Hours later, five deities arrive at the mansion.
"Goddess of nature Coral, what is the reason for summoning us at this hour?" inquires Jean, the goddess of the wind.
"I had to halt my work, I hope it is something of importance," adds Lyric, the god of the sea.
"Surely, she has something significant to discuss. Let us hear her out," suggests Canon, the god of light and visions.
"I have other plans to attend to, so make it quick," interjects Yenna, the goddess of the moon.
"Let us begin," says Dion, the god of magic.
"Thank you all for coming, my friends," greets Coral.
The deities take their seats and commence their discussion.
"So, what is the issue, Coral?" inquires Lyric.
"I was summoned by the center nature kingdom, and I witnessed something I wish I never had," begins Coral.
"What was it?" asks Jean.
"A darkened sky and a roaring thunderstorm striking down everyone in its path," reveals Coral.
"What! How is this possible?" exclaims the other gods.
"Well, I do not want to believe this, but I suspect Danhan may have returned to life," says Coral.
The other gods fall silent, pondering the implications.
"What do you propose we do, Coral?" asks Yenna.
"If possible, can you assist me in finding a solution to the problem? I would rather not engage in combat with Danhan," requests Coral.
"Agreed. Who knows what he has been up to? He may have become more powerful than all of us," adds Dion.
"Very well, I will contact my disciple in the Congress Collusion Kingdom to find a way to resolve the situation," offers Dino.
"Thank you very much. You have my gratitude," expresses Coral.
"Then we can all return to our respective realms," suggests Canon.
The deities then vanish into thin air, leaving Coral in her mansion.
, the Goblin King was quite formidable. Are there any others in these parts who surpass his strength? I must ascertain the whereabouts of the goddess and bring this matter to a close," stated Max Willam.
Max retrieved another map, given to him by an unknown person in silver armor. Following its guidance, he safely arrived at the city of Carol. As he surveyed his surroundings, he noticed various adventurers' guilds, inns, shops, and a blacksmith workshop.
He pondered the idea of acquiring a comprehensive map displaying all locations. After two hours of searching, he found a single location posted on a board. "So, she resides in a mansion a considerable distance from here. That will be quite the endeavor. I cannot wait to dismantle everything within her realm with my own hands," Max Willam declared.
Max sought out a shop selling a copy of the general map. Once obtained, he explored the surrounding areas, assessing the inhabitants' abilities and strengths. With his investigation complete, Max departed from the city.
"It appears that careful planning and strategic tactics will be necessary to dismantle this individual's realm," Max Willam remarked.
Max then contacted the Inferno Chancellor, a figure with bloodstained hands. "It seems you were occupied with your guest," Max Willam observed.
"Please forgive my appearance, Master," the Inferno Chancellor replied.
"No need for apologies. I require your input on how to destroy this city under the control of the goddess," Max Willam requested.
Max and the Inferno Chancellor sat down together, exchanging ideas on how to bring about the downfall of Coral's realm.
"I see. We should initiate the attack at nightfall. That will be the optimal time to achieve the complete destruction of this realm. Very well, we shall commence the assault tonight," Max Willam decided.
Max patiently awaited the arrival of nightfall. He then rallied his army, preparing for the impending attack. He dispatched the Shadows of Death into the city, keeping them on standby, while leaving the rest of the operation to the Inferno Chancellor.
Sir, what about the innocent people?" says the Inferno Chancellor.
Innocent! There is no one innocent in this realm.
Innocent is an excuse to cover up the whole picture of oneself.
Innocence doesn't matter in war at this time.
Make sure you remember that.
The guards who were at the city gates were taken out by the shadows of death quietly. There, the knights of death opened the gates, allowing the rest of the armies to enter. Inside, the Inferno Chancellor commanded his private army to set everything in their way on fire. This brought out screams from every corner. People in houses who saw their homes burning came, only to be struck down by the armies of death.
"Help! Help!" cried the people running for their lives.
"Kill them all, don't let anyone escape," says the Inferno Chancellor.
Children, women, and men were running for their lives, but some of the adventure guild members came out equipped, trying to fight off the armies of death.
"How did these guys get into the city?" says one of the adventurers fighting against the armies of death.
"Who cares, we have to fight them off before backup arrives," says another adventurer fighting against the armies of death.
Most of the adventurers managed to kill some of the armies of death, but they came back to life, as Max had equipped each and everyone with special skills called auto-regeneration before heading into battle. The screaming noise echoed afar for the goddess Coral to hear, witnessing the calamity unfolding in her city.
"What is going on in the city? Maria, you and your team should go down there and stop whoever is causing this calamity," says the goddess Coral.
A person in silver armor with two others set off to the city. While the fighting was going on, Max felt the same powerful aura again. He called out to the Inferno Chancellor to move to plan B of their tactic. All of the armies of death disappeared instantly, leaving heavy damages in the city. Before Maria and her two comrades arrived, the armies of death were already gone. She then asked what happened,
In a distant , on the opposite side, the inferno chancellor emerges once again, accompanied by the armies of death.
"It appears they have arrived just as I anticipated," remarks Max Willam.
"Yes, master. Shall we proceed with the next plan?" inquires the inferno chancellor.
"Indeed. Everyone, remain calm and witness the spectacle," commands Max Willam, gesturing with his left hand towards the city.
The skies darken and a thunderstorm rages!
"Unleash the inferno lava waves!" he declares.
The darkened skies and roaring thunderstorm engulf the entire city of Carol Realm, as a river of lava surges towards them.
"Where can we find the culprit responsible for this attack?" questions one of Maria's comrades.
"I am uncertain, but we must search somewhere," suggests Maria.
"Hey, everyone, have you noticed the darkening skies and the scent of fire?" alerts another comrade of Maria.
"Look! Look! It appears as though a river of fire is approaching the city!" exclaims an adventurer, witnessing the advancing lava waves.
"What! We must summon the goddess Coral to aid us in this crisis," insists one of Maria's comrades.
"Aza, quickly return to the mansion and inform Goddess Coral of this dire situation," commands Maria.
Aza promptly rushes back to the mansion to relay the news to Goddess Coral.
"How is this possible? When and how did Danhan infiltrate my realm? Does this mean the Central Nature Kingdom has been destroyed, along with my disciple guarding the gateway?" ponders Coral in her thoughts.
"Aza, let us make our way to the city," instructs Coral.
"It seems they will face a formidable challenge in protecting their city from destruction," remarks the inferno chancellor.
"Chancellor, let us wait and observe the actions of this goddess Coral. I am curious to witness her abilities firsthand before considering her as one of my subordinates in the realm of death," Max Willam stated in a serious tone.
Moments later, the goddess Coral successfully entered the city, bringing joy to the people. Utilizing her powers, she created a deep hole to divert the lava waves, earning applause from the crowd.
Observing this, the inferno chancellor remarked, "It seems that your lava waves have been halted by this goddess."
Max chuckled and replied, "Indeed, she is called a goddess for a reason. However, I believe this is where her influence ends." He then equipped himself with Danhan's weaponry, preparing for what lay ahead.
Max instructed the inferno chancellor to remain on standby as he made his way to the city himself. With a sudden disappearance, he vanished from sight.
Meanwhile, within the city, the goddess Coral pondered the whereabouts of her enemy, Danhan. The skies remained darkened by a thunderstorm. Suddenly, a figure clad in black armor, wielding a sword emanating elemental powers, appeared out of nowhere.
Confused and shaken, the goddess Coral questioned, "Who are you? What is your purpose here?" Maria, another individual present, continued to interrogate the figure. However, the goddess Coral intervened, landing in front of Max Willam, who was now adorned in Danhan's weaponry.
"Greetings, Danhan, the Deity of Chaos. I never anticipated that you would possess such power to enact your revenge upon us, those who humiliated you and your fellow gods in the previous war," the goddess Coral addressed Max, assuming the persona of Danhan.
Max William assumed the persona of Danhan and addressed Coral, expressing his gratitude for her past actions and offering her a gift. Maria, however, was quick to challenge his identity and intentions.
The goddess Coral warned everyone to be cautious around Max, as he was not known for his mercy. As Max approached Coral, Maria stepped forward to protect her.
Max acknowledged Maria's bravery, but also accused everyone of being easily manipulated by false pretenses. He then posed a provocative question, suggesting that Coral may not be the true goddess she claims to be.
Maria dismissed Max's claims as nonsense, but he persisted, claiming to have information that would shake the very foundation of their realm. Max revealed that he was no longer a deity, but an Omega Alpha, the inferno king.
"Good to see you after those long years, I thought I'd give you a gift for what you did to me the past years. I hope you enjoyed it," says Max Willam, pretending to be Danhan.
"Bastard, who do you think you are?" says Maria.
"Maria, be quiet. Be careful around this man. He isn't merciful. You'd be dead instantly without even lifting a finger," says the goddess Coral.
Great fear begins to spread out among everyone. Max begins to approach the goddess Coral. Maria then moves in front of the goddess to protect her.
"Hmmm, I haven't seen anyone braver like you in a thousand years," says Max Willam as he approaches her and the goddess Coral.
"You all don't see a fake and pretender individual when they are right in front of you manipulating your mind and heart," says Max Willam.
"What are you talking about?" asks Maria.
"Have you ever asked yourself if the goddess Coral here is a real one or one who just stole the power from someone else?" says Max Willam.
"What nonsense are you saying, evil figure?" says Maria.
"You all wouldn't understand if it's been explained to you," says Max Willam. "By the way, Coral, I want to tell you something before I destroy this realm of yours. I, Danhan, am no longer a deity but an Omega Alpha, the Inferno King," says Max Willam.
