CHAPTER TEN
Max William picked up one of the iron bars and combined it with his regular sword. Danhan advised him that it would be more effective to create a better weapon for this battle, as it wouldn't be a simple game in the park.
Upon hearing this, Max infused some of his crimson trace energy into the sword, resulting in the creation of a new sword and sword style known as the Crimson Ray Sword and Multi-Sword Illusion Style.
With this new style, multiple swords could be conjured above Max, ready to follow his commands.
Danhan remarked that this battle would be a lengthy one.
Suddenly, footsteps could be heard approaching Max William.
The floor leader instructed Max to show no mercy to the prisoners.
Max's crew responded with a firm "Yes, sir."
As they entered, they were taken aback to see Max Willam sitting on the floor, his legs crossed on both sides, with his real sword resting on his lap.
"Hey, prisoner, what are you doing out of your cell?" asked the floor leader sternly.
"Just getting some fresh air, that's all," replied Max Willam calmly.
"Why, this human!" exclaimed one of the crew members.
"I understand that elves may have a disdain for humans, but to be so corrupt as to imprison other races without giving them a fair trial to prove their innocence... that is beyond comprehension," Max Willam said, his eyes glowing with a sinister light.
"Fair trial? Other races? Are you talking about those sabertooth prisoners? They are nothing but scum who don't know how to respect those in control," retorted the floor leader dismissively.
"So, that was your reason? To put them here to die?" questioned Max Willam.
Max then stood up, pointing a finger towards his enemies in front of him.
"Then prepare to meet your demise at my hands, slow and painful," Max Willam declared in a sinister tone.
The floor leader and his crew burst into laughter at Max's words.
"You think you can kill us? You're just a human who talks big but lacks action. You will not live to see another day," scoffed the floor leader.
"Very well, everyone, advance and bring me his head," commanded the floor leader.
The crew quickly rushed towards Max, intent on killing him.
"Shatter my foes with no mercy, reduce them to ashes with your shadow, and obey my every command. Now, unleash a thunderous roar of black lightning. Ban-sin-din," Max Willam uttered.
Suddenly, a bolt of black lightning struck the first crew member approaching Max, instantly killing him and leaving the others speechless.
"How is this possible? We are all wearing legendary armor. How can a human like you harm one of us with such weak power?" questioned the floor leader in disbelief.
"It matters not what you wear. You are all no match for me. And, by the way, things are about to become truly epic," Max Willam declared.
Max cast another spell upon the fallen elf crew.
Awaken, prepare for battle! Awaken, strive for victory!
The deceased elf crew rises, joining Max's side with a sword in hand.
"Now, I would say we have a fairly balanced number on both sides," remarks Max Willam.
"You bastard! You will pay for this!" exclaims one of the crew members.
"Spikes, poison the ground!" commands Max.
"Create a shield from the ground below!" Says Max
"Damn, he managed to evade my poisonous spikes," laments one of the crew.
"Unleash a powerful thunderstorm strike!" says one of the crew
"Form a protective barrier of shadows!"
"Hey, are you guys daft? Don't you realize we are trapped in an iron prison?" questions Max Willam.
"So what?" retorts one of the crew members.
"Release a barrage of arrows infused with light!"
"Wow!" exclaims Max as the arrows break through his shadow shield barrier, narrowly missing him.
Max Willam jumps to the other side, seeking cover with the undead elf.
"That was a close call," remarks Max Willam.
"I told you, elves possess exceptional combat skills due to their extended lifespan and vast knowledge," Danhan communicates to Max telepathically.
"Great! It seems I won't be able to showcase any impressive moves here," laments Max Willam.
"Let us not forget that we have one of the elves in our possession, and with our abilities, we can heal and restore their life force," stated Danhan in a serious tone.
Max William responded with disbelief, "Are you suggesting that we bring the elf back to life? That is madness."
Danhan calmly replied, "I am aware of the risks, but it is a necessary step."
Max William expressed his concern, "Do you want me to engage in a battle with another elf while the rest of them are waiting for us?"
Danhan reminded Max of his previous experience with the army men of the Congress collusion, and urged him to use the same tactics.
Max William then raised a valid point about the elf's memory, which would be crucial for the upcoming battle.
Danhan thought for a moment and came up with a solution, "Do you still have the gemstone with you?"
Max William confirmed that he did, but mentioned that it had broken into two pieces.
Danhan suggested using a piece of the gemstone to rearrange the elf's memories to their advantage.
Max William was pleased with the plan and agreed to proceed with the training. Danhan then cast a multi-shield barrier to prevent the elves from approaching.
As they began their training, the prison guards on the other side were attempting to break down the barrier.
"Continue pushing forward, attempt to break down that barrier," the floor leader instructed in a serious tone.
In the corner, Max and Danhan began their work.
"Alright, place a piece of the gem in your hand and try combining the black void with the crimson trace energy into it," Danhan instructed.
After a few minutes, nothing seemed to happen.
"Hey! What's going on, Danhan? Nothing happened," Max exclaimed.
"That's strange. Something should have happened," Danhan replied.
Suddenly, the gem started shaking strangely, and a screen wall appeared.

"What is this nonsense? Who created this?" Max asked, annoyed.
"And why am I only at level two? Shouldn't I be overpowered?" Max questioned.
"Danhan, what is this?" Max inquired.
"Please, don't be so dramatic. This world isn't like those fantasy worlds where you're blessed with overpowered abilities. Here, you'll need to work hard to become powerful," Danhan explained.
"Why didn't anyone tell me that? And why didn't you tell me earlier?" Max complained.
"Hey, remember we're still in battle. Let's stay focused," Danhan reminded.
Danhan: Look, another update is appearing on the screen.
Screen Update: Dark lord blood rapidly traces energy has been acquired. Disciples can now summon and tame mythical creatures at will. New abilities obtained: Intimidating strike, complete darkened shadow, and The Creation of all.
Max Willam: Great! So, does this mean I won't be able to learn what you were going to teach me?
Danhan: It seems that way. You will need to fulfill the necessary requirements before I can continue teaching you.
Max Willam: Awesome, more work to do before I can acquire these skills.
Max Willam (thoughts): But wait, if one piece of this gem gave me new abilities, wouldn't I gain even more if I use another?
Max proceeds to take another piece of the gem and begins repeating the same process as before.
Danhan: Max, what are you doing? Are you attempting to combine black void and crimson trace energy with another piece of the gem?
Max Willam: Yeah, I want to see what will happen.
Danhan: Are you out of your mind, kid? Don't you know it's dangerous to combine the gem multiple times?
Max Willam: It's better than nothing, and those elves are getting closer by the second.
Max then takes another piece of the gem and repeats the process once again, causing a new screen to appear.
Max Willam: Requirements have not been achieved. The disciple needs to meet the requirements?.
Danhan: Evolution is available but requires a scarifier of attributes?.
Max Willam: Is this some kind of scam?
Danhan: It does seem suspicious.
Max Willam: Do you know who is in charge of this screen wall?
Danhan: Why do you want to know? Are you planning to confront them?
Max Willam: I just want to express my gratitude, in my own way.
Danhan: Well, the creator of this system resides in another realm.
Max Willam: Another realm? Are there other worlds connected to ours?
Danhan: Yes, this realm is connected to our world, as well as your previous world. However, only a select few are aware of this.
Max Willam: If that's true, then perhaps I can return to my world.
Danhan: Yes, but that can only happen once you have reached a certain level of attainment.
Max Willam: I understand. In that case, I am determined to proceed with the evolution.
Danhan: Are you absolutely sure? These conditions are quite mysterious, and I have never heard of anything like this before.
"I have no options left on how to defeat those individuals," Max William solemnly stated.
Max William then reluctantly accepted the offer, and as if in response, the skies above the entire nature kingdom darkened, followed by terrifying thunderstorms striking the grounds. Panic and fear spread throughout every area and corner of the kingdom. This caused the ride that both the elf princess and Mable were on to abruptly come to a halt.
"What is happening?" the elf princess asked, peering outside of her traveling ride.
"My princess, I believe it is best for us to return to the castle for your safety," one of the royal guards protecting the elf princess advised.
Within a mansion in the kingdom, Master Gray, the elf of mystery, observed the unfolding events in the skies.
"Hmm, I suppose he has returned once again. Now, the fate of this entire kingdom rests in his hands, whether he chooses to let them live or die," Master Gray mused.
"Husband, what is going on? The skies are so dark, I can hardly see anything," the elf queen inquired.
"I do not know, my dear. This is causing great fear and panic among our people, both in the cities and the castle," the elf king replied.
Meanwhile, back in the prison cell, the prison guard remained oblivious to the events unfolding above them. In the corner, Max had mysteriously vanished into a dark unknown space.
"Where are we? Why is it so dark?" Max William questioned.
Minutes later, a bright red light began to shine, revealing a figure adorned with godly weapons of destruction.
"Wow, who is that? Danhan, do you know who this person is?" Max William asked.
Danhan, are you alright?" Max Willam asked with concern.
Danhan took a moment before responding, his voice filled with seriousness. "That's... that's my own body," he said.
Max Willam was taken aback. "Your body? I'm not quite understanding. Can you please explain?" he requested.
"Do you remember when I told you about going to war years ago with my comrades, only to lose due to the interference of outsiders?" Danhan began.
Max Willam nodded, recalling the conversation. "Yes, I remember. What about it?" he inquired.
Danhan continued, his tone grave. "Well, I was on the brink of death. In order to survive, I separated my soul from my body, sealing my physical form as the god of chaos in an unknown realm or space."
Max Willam's disbelief was evident. "Wait, you're claiming to be a god of chaos? Is this some kind of prank?" he questioned.
Danhan's expression remained serious as he replied, "No, I assure you, I am telling the truth."
Max Willam's mind raced with the implications. "If what you say is true, does that mean I am your heir? Am I meant to inherit your will and power?" he asked, his voice filled with curiosity and uncertainty.
Danhan nodded solemnly. "Yes, that is why I chose to save you by bringing you here," he confirmed.
