Seraphina followed Damian as he led her in a different direction from the route they had taken to his room. Damian moved with confidence as if he had traversed this path countless times before.
Upon reaching the end of a dimly lit corridor, Damian pressed a brick on the wall, causing it to shift. Sera gasped as a door emerged, flooding the area with sunlight, temporarily blinding her.
"Wow!" she exclaimed in awe as she took in the view. It opened up to a picturesque angle of the forest, with trees on display and a sparkling stream cascading downwards. It seemed to be the same water she had seen at the lake in the forest, but the sight was even more captivating from this vantage point.
Her breath caught in her throat as she continued to admire the natural beauty before her.
"How do you know about this place?" she asked, curious about Damian's familiarity.
